If there is one person that is super happy to hear the National Solar Jobs Census report was released, it is this guy!
Al Gore took to his blog and could not hide his excitement for what the new report's numbers are.
Here's what he wrote:

While Bill Clinton delivered a stunning speech at the Democratic National Convention, Al Gore is making his presence known during this election season too!
Following his coverage of both conventions, the former Vice President and almost-President of the United States is hosting Current TV's coverage of the first Presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.
He'll be commenting on points made by both candidates in Denver, Colorado on October 3.
We bet he'll be pretty pissed if they don't bring up global warming.

The Golden Girls aren't the only seniors that get around!
The guy who invented the internet Al Gore, and his wife of forty-plus-years, Tipper, have been divorced for a over two years, but they still have plenty of love in their lives… with other people.
A source close to the couple confesses the 64-year-old former VP is hooking up with a 53-year-old environmental activist Elizabeth Keadle, and Tipper, who is 63, is with 71-year-old former National Geographic editor Bill Allen.
How… cute? LOL!
The friend says that even though they're both shacking up with someone new, the old couple:
As we reported yesterday, Keith Olbermann filed an ENORMOUS $70 million lawsuit against Current TV for his "early dismissal."
Now, the network who was responsible for his firing is speaking out, calling the lawsuit "false and malicious!"
According to Current TV, Olbermann was rightly fired, claiming he was guilty of:
Why would anyone buy a $10 million chandelier? Because it can talk, host a television show, then sue you after it's fired!
Keith "The $10 Million Lighting Fixture" Olbermann wasn't kidding about taking action against Al Gore's Current TV for his early dismissal. His attorney, Patricia Glaser, has revealed that the anchor is filing a lawsuit against his former employer…TODAY!
We're not sure about the inside details that will make or break this case for the disgruntled newsman, but he's got good representation. Glaser helped Conan O'Brien take home a $45 million settlement from NBC during his Tonight Show debacle.
When are both parties going to wake up and realize they are just being Punk'd by
Ashton Kutcher Justin Bieber?

Well, well, well Mr. Olbermann!! Taking responsibility for your actions???
Last night, the ex-Current TV anchor appeared on Letterman and addressed the whole Current TV firing/legal debacle, doing something that hardly anyone in the limelight does these days…he admitted fault!
In the most vague, circumventing way ever…but still! It's something.
He did create a metaphor in which he is a $10 million dollar chandelier and Current TV is a dilapidated housing unit, so um, he is still deceptively making a jab at the network.
We've been avidly following this back and forth between Al Gore's network and this bigger than life newsie personality, and everything indicated that Olbermann was an ego-maniac who would never admit defeat.
Ch-ch-check out the interview AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Wow, nobody really likes each other over there! It's no wonder Olbermann got fired — both sides are being nasty, and Al Gore was in the position to fire!
We first brought you the news of the firing, along with Current's reason of a lack of "values of respect, openness, collegiality and loyalty" as the reasons.
And then Olberman fired back with a long-winded rant, which you can read here, which ended up saying he was going to sue them all.
Now we're hearing more as to why he was let go:
'Management claimed that the former MSNBC host did not fulfill his duties with press and marketing events and missed 19 days of work in January and February.'
We'd say missing obligations and 19 days of work is absolutely grounds to fire you!
Wonder how that'll go down in court!
