We went to Area in LA on Saturday night to celebrate Paris' birthday with her, and who was also there????

None other than Osama Lutfi and Alli Sims.

Even that crazy Scandinavian guy was there!

ALL of Britney's old crew showed up. And it was so bizarre.

We've called Osama shady about a million times and he was all smiles, trying to be our best friend.

Alli was all smiles too and laughing at every time we've drawn our little "love dots" on her pictures. So bizarre.

And the Scandinavian dude invited us to some SWAG event he's throwing. Not so bizarre. We love free shit!

Sims also told us that things are also tense between her and Britney's family. Though she denied a rift, she told us that "[Jamie & Lynne] are being very strict right now."

By that she means that she hasn't seen Brit Brit in a while or isn't allowed to see her.

Osama didn't mention Spears once. We think that's a good thing.

Oh, and as for Paris, she was celebrating her birthday with on (for now) flame Simon Rex.

Alli Sims is just the latest person in Britney's life to exploit her for profit.

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Spears' "cousin" and former assistant is speaking exclu$ively in the new issue of Us Weekly.

And, we're told she got paid A LOT of money for her little tell-all.

How much???

$200,000.00 an insider tells us.

Lynne Spears probably brokered the deal!

Update: Sources at Us Weekly tell us they "100% did not pay for this story."

Alli is friends with one of the reporters at the magazine, and that friendship is what prompted her to speak - not money.

Wannabe singer Alli Sims has been M.I.A. from Britney's life lately, but that's not stopping Spears' former assistant from whoring out their relationship in the media and talking about the trainwreck's new beau.

Alli is no fan of paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

Sims tells Us Weekly:

"I don’t know him. I only know who he is through him following us for the last eight months. I do not think Adnan is a good person; I think he only has bad intentions. He has always given me a weird feeling and creeped me out. I wish he would just go away."

Hmmmm. We're ambivalent about Ghalib.

At least he's upfront about using her for gain.

He's not any worse than the other people Spears has/had in her life!

People magazine put Britney Spears on their latest cover with a headline that read "Britney's Mental Illness."

She goes to a People magazine party!!!

The mag had a cocktail party in L.A. on Thursday night, celebrating the new year, and backstabbing Alli was there, sources tell us.

Go out clubbing. Fine. But to a party for one of the celeb weeklies???? Have you no loyalty????

It was only a matter of time!

Britney's former assistant and "cousin" Alli Sims announced plans last year to pursue a career as a singer.

That's gone nowhere. Fast.

Now, the famewhoring Alli is trying to be a reality TV star, but that's likely to fail too, we predict.

Sims has teamed up with the Maloof brothers, who own the Palms hotel in Las Vegas, to shoot a pilot that showcases her and her friends, In Touch Weekly is reporting.

“It’s going to be like a female version of Entourage,” says an insider, “but for real.”

Real reality TV? Yeah, right!

Alli is convinced her career will take off and she’ll become a big reality star. “She knows a lot of interesting people,” adds the insider.

Please, honey. Unless Britney's in every single episode, we don't wanna watch!

Britney's former assistant and quasi "cousin" is intent on making it as a singer, whether we like it or not!

Alli Sims was just interviewed - with an accompanying photo shoot - for the new issue of Germany's Maxi magazine, and PerezHilton.com has an exclusive excerpt translated in English for all you non-German speakers.

Says Alli….

"Of course everyone says I wanna do this because of Britney. But I have wanted to be a singer since I was little. And when I came to L.A. to accomplish this, I wasn‘t even in touch with Britney."

"Whenever I saw Britney on stage I thought: 'When will I be up there?' But I never envied her. I always knew my time would come."

When asked about Britney‘s disastrous lifestyle she says: "The media exaggerates. My cousin is a wonderful person. Our life is fine. We have two drinks a night, nothing more. Look at me: I am more of a nerd than too wild."

"We wanna live, get our own Starbucks. Even if Papparazzi tear our dresses apart."

"When I make it as a singer, I will have made it on my own. The people who help me with my career right now, I have met witout Britney and that‘s good. I don‘t want her to help me, I wanna make it on my own."

Interesting though: The songs she's recording at the moment are produced by J.R. Rotem… Also interesting: Alli says she is very good friends with Avril Lavigne!

She wants to do something entirely different from Britney: "I wanna be the next Norah Jones. I just wanna be on stage and sing Blues. If I were a product, I would be Louis Vuitton. Classic, tasteful, timeless." She says she is sure to get a record deal in 2008.

Where is Alli Sims????

Britney's "cousin" and assistant recently moved out of Spears' house and reportedly quit, though both parties denied that was the case.

However, Alli has been MIA lately.

We keep seeing some new chick in pics with Brit. That girl needs to be fired!

If homegir'ls alarm clock fails and she oversleeps then WAKE HER ASS UP.

Unfortunately, this report from OK! magazine is not true.

Despite their claims that Britney Spears would be checking in to rehab, sources inside the frequent and habitual drug user's camp tell The Insider that she will NOT be seeking treatment for her addictions.

On the bright side, though cousin Alli did move out of Brit's home on Wednesday, she's still working for the bad mother of two as her assistant.

Additionally, the video for Spears' new single, Gimme More, has an official premiere date. The clip will debut this Monday on Vh1 and MTV.

It came out about a month too late!
