Six BFFz are SO much better than five!!!
And that is why the mother in How I Met Your Mother has been confirmed as the newest REGULAR addition to the cast!!!
Cristin Milioti, who was just introduced in the season 8 finale, won the title of series regular for the ninth and *tear* FINAL season of the uber-popular sitcom.
This news is especially monumental because it is the first time EVER that HIMYM has extended the regulars beyond the original stars like Josh Radnor, Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris, Cobie Smulders and Jason Segel.
Now we're absolutely positive the final season will be the best yet!

Alyson Hannigan always looks so cute when she steps out with her adorable family, and even though it was a gloomy day in El Lay yesterday, the How I Met Your Mother star still managed to leave her Brentwood home with nothing but ease!
Miz Hannigan grabbed her bags and darling daughter Satyana to join her hubby, Alexis Denisof and their almost 1-year-old cupcake Keeva to get their day going, and they couldn't have looked anymore delightful.
It's nice to see that Alyson has a lot of time for her family because we know how hard it must be to juggle being an AH-MAYZING actress and a mother, so we definitely have to tip our hats down to Hannigan.
You're an inspiration guuurl!!

As far as PSAs go, this is one of the better ones we've seen — and not only that, but it supports an amazing cause!
