Pixie Lott has returned with new music and a statement! She's still around and she's kicking ass!
Her sound feels bigger and more urgent!
Her new single, Lay Me Down, sounds like it was produced by Rudimental!
In other words…. it rules!!
It's pop meets soul meets drum n bass!!!
Check out the awesomeness above!
Tulisa Contostavlos must be so relieved!
In June 2013, Tulisa was arrested and charged for attempting to sell cocaine to an undercover cop posing as a film producer. Sadly, though not surprisingly, Tulisa was fired from her gig as a judge on the U.K. version of X Factor.
Now things are looking up for Tulisa! A judge recently declared the main witness in the case, Mazher Mahmooda, a former reporter for The Sun, had lied and no longer has any credibility.
The judge said:
Well, this is certainly one way to celebrate his birthday!
But, what makes it that much more special is that the fans did it dressed as Sherlock and may have possibly, probably set a world record!
How cool is that??
The 113 attendants had to be wearing a cape and have a magnifying glass in order to be considered as taking part in the world record attempt, which is currently under consideration by the judges!
However, the get together at University College London wasn't JUST for Ben's birthday or to break a record!
The group gathered due to their support of the Undershaw Preservation Society which is currently undertaking the task of preserving the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, aka the man who created Sherlock Holmes!
So, a birthday wish for Benedict, a possible world record, and some harmless fun in the name of a worthy cause? Sounds like a great day to us!
Ch-ch-check out the attendees in costume (below)!!!
Why ELSE would the Queen's Guard of England do this if she wasn't?!
By performing the theme song PERFECTLY!
We think that George R.R. Martin would be quite proud, were he on hand to witness the performance!
Just as long as they didn't start playing the Rains of Castamere! That would be some baaaaad news for anyone in attendance! LOLz!
Ch-ch-check out the brilliant performance…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
We LOVE Foxes!
We fist posted about the British songstress in May of 2012.
In March of 2013 we had her perform at our big SXSW party. And then later than year the world heard her voice on the monster global smash that was Zedd's Clarity.
Well, after taking her time to get it right, Foxes has just dropped her debut album and it's glorious. Literally!
The album and current single is called Glorious, and thankfully it lives up to its name!
This is some Florence & The Machine realness! Simultaneously ethereal AND moody!
The song starts off small and builds and builds and finally explodes into pop epicness!
Check it out above!!!
Let's hope she defies all odds and doesn't miss a single show when her new theatrical gig makes it debut!
Otherwise, these words are gonna HAUNT her!
It's not surprising this BBC reporter would ask Lindsay Lohan if she'd get in trouble for missing a show.
The Mean Girls actress has definitely had a track record for showing up late and missing rehearsals, but this time, Linds is saying things are going to be different!
LiLo may have been a tad difficult during her OWN docu-series, but our fingers are crossed that she's found her way and is serious about this!
Take a look at Lindsay defending her honor and talking about the English lifestyle (above)!!
Oh my, is England even READY for the Real Housewives?
Well, ready or not they are hopping across the pond because ITVBe, a new channel dedicated to reality TV, has just gotten the entire Housewives franchise!
So, they'll be showing ALL the different locations!!!
That's SO MUCH NeNe Leakes and Lisa Vanderpump AND Brandi Glanville!
OH MY! But, that's isn't the only MAJOR news!
England is even getting their OWN Real Housewives where the ladies will hail from Cheshire and it will basically be the same as the U.S. shows!
We wonder if England will have as much drama as the American ladies do?
Fingers crossed it'll be just as juicy!
