The U.K. is having to deal with too many deaths and not enough burial grounds!

So, what are they gonna do about it???

According to The Times, for the first time since the early Victorian era, the country is allowing the "disturbance of human remains in burial grounds" in order to deal with a shortage of graves.

Beginning next year, local authorities across England will be allowed to exhume and then rebury several bodies deeper into the ground.

The goal is to create enough space for more burials on top of the old sites.

In some instances, new inscriptions will be added to the existing headstone and "damaged or insignificant headstones would be removed and replaced with only the new name."

The decision to create new space came as a result of London and other urban areas running short on burial grounds.

Trouble in paradise?

Apparently BiHan and saMAN shared a little lovers spat during a night out on the town in London Wednesday night.

LezLo accompanied Sam on a DJ gig at celebrity hotspot Chinawhite. Things started off cool, with Lindsay ordering "fruit juice," but the night quickly turned ugly once lady fans started throwing their panties at Sam in the DJ booth.

Ah! Sweaty, pee-crotch, club panties! Tasty!

Lindsay had enough once girls started giving saMAN their numbers and ordered her flunkies to push the potential suitors away. Lohan then reportedly crawled on all fours under the bar to posessively wrap her arms around Sam.

Insecure much, Lindz?

As the night progressed, the girls reversed roles (Take that as you will!), with Sam whipping up into a jealous froth as Lindsay disappeared into the VIP room. LezLo was found with another girl flirtatiously caressing her arm and giggling. Sam gave her a dirty look and the offender left immediately.

As if to make up for the night's transgressions, the couple made out furiously, with saMAN allegedly performing a sexy lapdance for LezLo to the tune of Katy Perry's I Kissed A Girl.

We can only imagine it was as awkward, amusing, and painful to watch as Ashlee Simpson's lip-sync HO-down.

The trouble didn't end there. As the entourage departed around 4 a.m., another incident arose as one of Lindsay's guests got left behind, which somehow led to a lot of pushing and shoving and our fave red airhead screaming, "I’m OK. I’m a big girl, I can take care of myself! I just wanted to make sure everyone had a good time. I didn’t want anyone to get hurt. I’m so, so sorry."

All in all, just another typical night out for Lindsay and Samantha.

What the hell, Amy?

Late Thursday, Crackhouse was spotted stumbling about the cold streets of North London wearing nothing more than denim cutoffs and a mesh shirt…in England at night in the middle of November.

Alone she staggered, calling out for "Good Blake" - who is not to be confused with her husband "Druggie Blake." After yelling and knocking on neighbors' doors to no avail, Amy retreated to her drug den to cuddle up with a bottle of vodka.

We wish she would…..

Nevermind! What's the point?

Ooops, he did it again!!!

Kanye West was arrested in the U.K. early Friday morning after allegedly assaulting a paparazzo!

The incident allegedly took place as the rapper left Tup Tup, a nightclub in Newcastle, at 1:10 in the morning.

Photog Terry Blackburn claims he suffered a cut face and bruising after Kanye pushed his camera into his face and shouted: “Get the fucking camera off him.”

The rapper was arrested three hours later at the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead and released without charge.

This isn't the first time Kanye has had a violent incident with the paparazzi.

West was arrested in Los Angeles in September after an altercation with a photog turned physical.

Charges against the rapper were ultimate dropped.

Whoopi seems to be keeping herself pretty busy these days.

As we mentioned earlier this week, Whoopi signed a new development deal with Discovery Emerging Networks and will be in charge of developing series for the Investigation Discovery and Science Channel.

And now, Miz Goldberg is going back to her beginnings. Somewhat.

Whoopi is set to produce a stage version of Sister Act to play in London.

The musical, based on Whoopi's 1992 hit, will open on June 2nd, 2009 at the London Palladium and will have preview performances starting May 6th.

Unfortunately, Whoopi will not be starring in the musical.

We can't wait to see it though.

It was a Calum Best ex fest at saMAN Ronson's DJ gig in London Wednesday.

In addition to Lindsay Bihan, UK 'glamour' model and ex Best paramour, Jodie Marsh, was there too.

And like Bihan, Jodie's gone bisexual as well!

Former "glamour model" Marsh hit the London party with her lady, Nina, at her side.

Jodie and Nina have been an item since October.

Calum, you've helped the ladies discover another side to themselves.

That's a good thing!

On Wednesday, Chace Crawford thrilled UK Gossip Girl fans by showing up to London's Oxford Street holiday lighting event.

He looked delish, ladies and gentlemen!

We're hearing buzz that Chace is in England's capital meeting with West End producers.

saMAN Ronson kicked off her UK DJ tour at London's Chinawhite club on Wednesday with G.F. Lindsay Lohan at her side.

However, Bihan's ex lover, Brit celebuloser Calum Best, in an obvious move for some attention, decided to show up at saMAN's gig, which marred the girls' night out.

An insider revealed to the Daily Mail, "Lindsay was horrified when she found out Calum was there and refused to talk to him. Samantha gets jealous of her former male lovers, and Lindsay didn't want to upset her."

Ladies, y'all need to work with the promoters a bit better to keep Bihan's hook-ups out!

There is a thing called guest list, right?

And LezLo has hooked up with A LOT of people!
