Looking red hot, Beyonce stepped out Monday night, showing off her seksi new post-pregnancy bod. She came out to support her husband Jay-Z during his concert at Carnegie Hall in NYC.

This was Bey's first public appearance since giving birth to The Chosen One, Blue Ivy Carter.

She wore a gorgeous figure-hugging red dress by Alice Temperley and Louboutin heels and she looked AMAZING! This woman just give birth A MONTH AGO.

During Jigga's 90-minute set, he performed Glory, his song dedicated to his baby girl. Afterwards, he told the crowd:

"I didn't think I was gonna make it through that one. That was tough."

Awwww. We would have loved to seen that.

Now, when can we meet the little princess?? We're dying over here!!

Word on the street is Simon Cowell is offering Beyonce $100 million a year to judge X Factor!!

Just one year of X Factor employment could cover all ofBlue Ivy's college tuition and then some (not that she and Jay-Z didn't already have that money anyways)!!

According to sources close:

He wants a big-name female star on the panel. Mariah Carey is good, but she's not that hot today. He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol.

We like this idea!! We don't know if she's gonna accept the offer, but Beyonce would be ah-mazing for ratings!!

…but don't forget about Perez!! The show needs some extra sass!!

Hubby Bestie Gayle King debunked the rumors that Oprah is the godmother of baby Blue Ivy.

Gayle appeared on CBS Morning News today and claimed the news was "absolutely not true."

Oprah's pal did say the talk show host is planning on sending Bey and Jay a baby gift but hasn't had time since she in India.

Blue Ivy Carter has a godmother! And it's Oprah!

Oh boy, this little girl is sure gonna live a charmed life.

Reports are surfacing that Beyonce and Jay-Z have finally picked a godmother for their little chosen one.

Since the couple has grown close to Oprah over the past few years, it's natural that they've chosen the legendary Mz. Winfrey to be Blue Ivy's godmother. She's basically this generation's princess, so why not, right?

Jay-Z's pal Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith has been chosen as her godfather since they wanted to make sure that the godparents weren't blood-related.

Well, gee, as if we didn't think Blue Ivy was spoiled enough, now we learn that her second parent in command will be the most powerful woman on earth.

We all can agree that little Miss Blue will never have to work a day in her life, right??
