2013 is NOT Chris Brown's year!
Despite having a couple hit songs, Breezy has been in a mess of legal troubles that have resulted in rehab, community service, AND potentially millions in lawsuits!
We reported that Frank Ocean's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte, is the latest person to file for some cash after meeting Chris' violent fists last January in a studio parking lot, but NOW we know how much he's asking for!
Sha'Keir is suing for a whopping $3 million in pain and suffering with claims
Well, at least he didn't physically fight to keep his weed! That could've resulted in 3 MORE months of rehab.
After last week's progress hearing for the Rihanna beating case, Chris Brown enrolled in his court-ordered rehab but not before asking if he could bring his friend Mary Jane with him.
Breezy claimed the marijuana was prescribed by a doctor for a medical condition, depression, but the rehab staff denied his request!
This apparently made Chris mad…real mad! Like toss a rock through your mom's windshield mad!
Okay, maybe not that mad, but apparently he argued that weed makes him calm. Heatedly arguing that weed makes you calm? Hmm must not be working THAT well!
Now, on top of having to turn in his phone and internet, he was forced to say the teariest goodbye of all to his magical green plant.
We hope Chris enjoys the next three months of live-in anger management rehab, and that they get him back on the right track, DRUG FREE!
Clearly, Chris Brown and D.C. do not mix well, and in fact, Breezy is trying to stay away from our Nation's capitol, and it's not because the Washington Memorial fills him with rage!
We reported earlier how Chris was ordered to 90 days of rehab after allegedly tossing a rock through the windshield of his mom's car!
Uh, well, that's one way to have a smash hit…
However, there's a slight legal conundrum afoot! Chris' presence is required for his D.C. hearing, since it's a misdemeanor case, on Monday, but he's also required to stay in rehab!
Ugh, he's totally stuck between a rock and a windshield on this one!
Chris' lawyer Mark Geragos has tried asking the prosecutors involved with
Chris Brown recently earned himself another 3-month rehab stint after a violent outburst ended with him throwing a rock through the window of his mother's car!
However, Breezy's momma doesn't blame her son for his own erratic behavior! She says it's
Apparently the prescribed anti-depressants that Chris Brown was taking for his anger problems aren't making him feel too well, or so the singer says.
And it doesn't seem like they're working either because the singer was given three more months of rehab for reportedly throwing a rock at his mom's windshield!
Now, instead of taking responsibility for his own actions, he's complaining about his medication to his buddies and wants to switch it up with medical marijuana!
An insider reveals the impact of the anti-depressants on Chris, saying:
Now we know precisely why Breezy earned himself three more (court ordered) months in rehab!!!
Chris Brown allegedly threw a rock through the window of his mom's car!
Read that again…
A ROCK! Through the car window of the WOMAN WHO GAVE BIRTH TO HIM!
And that's at least one of the reasons why Superior Court Judge James Brandlin ordered Breezy to return to rehab for three more months!
According to paperwork filed during today's hearing, the Don't Judge Me singer even shattered the window in the process!
The court document stated:
Yikes! Hopefully he'll be at a different rehab!
We're not sure other rehabs will want Chris Brown staying there as he supposedly flew into rage during his time at a Malibu location where he checked in for anger management.
But some rehab is going to have to take him because he was just ordered to 90 days of rehab by a judge!
We told you earlier today that Breezy was headed to court with his lawyer, Mark Geragos, and now the sentence has come down on him.
He will not only have to check into a live-in anger management rehab in EL Lay County, but it will also have to be approved by the probation department. But that's not all!
Breezy will also have to submit to drug testing and take any prescriptions the rehab might recommend for him.
Oh, and he'll have to deal with his other court cases like the assault matter in Washington D.C., which could still result in his probation being violated due to the Rihanna matter he's STILL dealing with.
Well, at least he can be happy it's not jail…for now…
