Chris Brown wanted his freedom, but a judge just told him
Yeah Nah 3x!
He’s going to be behind bars for at least another MONTH!
That’s when his assault trial, which was supposed to start this week, will actually begin, being postponed all the way to June! CB's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, who was accused of assaulting a 20-year-old man
outside a D.C. hotel in October alongside Breezy, was convicted of assault on Monday in a separate trial and is scheduled for sentencing on June 25th. Brown's lawyers asked for an extension on their case in order to allow Hollosy time to appeal.
Breezy has been locked up in DC ever since he was booted from rehab last month, but will now
Looks like it's back to the waiting game for Chris Brown.
The singer has been awaiting trial in Washington DC for an assault case, and after it was originally delayed a couple days, it has now been delayed even longer.
In fact, it could be MONTHS before he goes through with his actual trial!
His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was recently convicted in the same matter and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 25th. As a result, Breezy's trial won't occur until after that date.
It seems Hollosy has opted not to
We were all braced to finally find out the fate of Chris Brown! But now we totally have a case of legal blue ballz; the trial date has been postponed!
After Chris' bodyguard Christopher Hallosy was found guilty for the Washington, D.C. assault charge, Breezy's legal team have decided they want him to testify in Chris' trial!
Unfortunately now the prosecution and defense need time to negotiate whether Hallosy will be granted immunity for any crimes he admits to on the stand!
Does this mean Hallosy is going to cop to the entire incident, clearing Breezy?? Chris' ace attorney Mark Geragos says:
Chris Brown's legal troubles are still piling on high — and he could be facing some serious jail time today!!!
While Breezy is busy trying to survive in prison, his bodyguard Chris Hollosy was found guilty of misdemeanor assault in Washington D.C. on Monday.
The charges stem from a sidewalk brawl in October — charges Chris will also be on trial for later today.
Even though the man meat's lawyer tried to argue that the accusing victim Jalen Garrison was just trying to get a pay day with his accusations, the judge didn't buy it and we don't blame him.
We wish it wasn't so easy for us to believe that Chris lunged and said he didn't "like that gay s***" after Jalen tried to take a picture with the star, but his reputation proceeds him!
And if the judge continues to side with the prosecution it is VERY possible
Just before he goes to trial, Chris Brown's mugshots from his most recent arrest in Washington, D.C. have leaked!
Far from the smugness of first-time offender Justin Bieber's infamous mugshots, Chris looks anything but Breezy.
Having been through this before, he is clearly NOT happy to be there!

Chris Brown may be a criminal, he may be dangerous, he may hurt those he loves.
But DAMN can the man dance!
The controversial star has finally released his new collaboration with Ariana Grande, Don't Be Gone Too Long, with a teasing solo dance video.
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to see the single three-minute take of Breezy expressing his freedom of movement to his hot new track.
Chris Brown is movin' on up the prison circuit!
After spending 23 hours a day in solitary confinement in El Lay jail, the singer is an inmate at Virginia's Northern Neck Regional Jail.
Hopefully he didn't expect that his star status would get him any special treatment because we're told that Chris is serving his sentence among the rest of his fellow criminals.
But we don't imagine that life is such a breeze for Breezy.
While he may get to enjoy the fine amenities of prison life like daily showers, TV, a library, a phone, a gym, food, and water among his fellow deliquents, we've alway heard that inmates never take too kindly to domestic abusers.
There has got to be a few members of RihannaNavy in there who are still fuming from that horrific 2009 beat down.
Anyway, we wish him the best of luck!
