Courteney Cox may have starred in Scream, but she doesn't scream for ice cream!

The Friends star was spotted taking her daughter Coco and her nanny out for ice cream.

Courteney bit the bullet and did the getaway driving, not getting any of the frozen goodness for herself!

Oh no! Is everything ok?!?

Courteney Cox was spotted with her daughter, Coco yesterday at a medical building in Beverly Hills, and from the looks of her baby girl, she seemed like she was really sick!

Considering that the Cougar Town's angel was enrobed in pajamas and a big sweatshirt, we're thinking she either had a really bad tummy ache or a cold.

Whatever was going on, we hope Coco is sitting at home and getting her rest on because being sick is horrible!!

Busy Philipps' tummy is obviously growing because she's with child, and granted that breasts also become larger during pregnancy… we never would've thought that Busy's boobs would grow THREE sizes in her first trimester!!

In an interview with Conan O'Brien, the Cougar Town actress revealed:

It ain't easy being Courteney Cox.

OK, well maybe it is a little easy, but she's still got a job and a life to handle and that's stressful for anyone!

So how is she able to come back home to relax and rewind.

The mother-daughter duo went on vacation where they tanned in the sun all day long, and it seemed like an incredible relaxing venture for the both of them.

Oy veigh!
