11 fierce females perezmas

On the eleventh day of Christmas, pop culture gave to us… eleven fierce females!

Despite Donald Trump's presidency, 2017 was easily the year of the fierce female. No, really.

Thanks to starlets — like Gal Gadot, Rose McGowan, and Zendaya — Hollywood was given a major dose of girl power. We mean, Gal broke MAJOR records with Wonder Woman. Rose helped take down predatory producer Harvey Weinstein. Oh, and Zendaya continued to be the ultimate role model for woke millennials everywhere!

Again, so much girl power!! That's why day 11 of Perezmas is…

Well, this whole Internet thing was fun while it lasted!

As you probably heard by now, the FCC voted to put an end to net neutrality, effectively allowing Internet Service Providers like Verizon and AT&T to slow down, block, or charge more for certain websites.

Needless to say, people of the interwebs were both outraged and terrified that this ruling went through — particularly since 83% of Americans were completely against it — and the voices of late night were just as furious.

Jimmy Kimmel, Trevor Noah, Seth Meyers, and Stephen Colbert all sounded off on the FCC's tragic ruling Thursday night, blasting Donald Trump-appointed chairman Ajit Pai for giving big corporations full control of the internet.

Pai has said the FCC's action "is not going to end the Internet as we know it" and "it's not going to stifle free expression online." But as the late nighters point out, this deregulation could easily turn the Internet into the government's most lucrative toll road.

OK, how does The Simpsons do this?

First, they accurately predicted Donald Trump becoming president 16 years early.

Now, it turns out they were even EARLIER on Disney buy 20th Century Fox. That pic (above) is from an episode that aired on November 8, 1998!

We know they share some writers with Futurama, but that is some crazy prescience!

We guess Family Guy and The Simpsons DO have a lot in common

Omarosa Manigault has left the building!

In case you haven't heard by now, Omarosa Manigault is out of the White House!

It was announced she resigned, despite contrary reports revealing she was fired. Regardless, the former director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison in Donald Trump's administration was getting slammed on daytime TV on Thursday!

The View's Whoopi Goldberg went in on the 43-year-old, addressing her directly:

"You said some stuff here, about here, that wasn't very nice, but that happens. And you mentioned that we would all be bowing down… and so I hope you find something to do, O. I do, I do. And I hope you find your people because maybe they're looking for you."

Then continued, telling her cohosts:

"She's just been so nasty to so many women, and so many women of color."

Sunny Hostin also added about the resignation news:

"Truth be told, she's really a pariah in the African American community. She's always been the villain and her [job] was almost a slap in the face to the African American community."

Meanwhile, as we referenced earlier, Good Morning America's Robin Roberts had the most amazing shady response to Omarosa basically promising a tell-all about her time in the White House. In case you missed it, she said:

Oops — Right Wing News Network Falsely Called Roy Moore The Victor In Alabama Senate Race!

| Filed under: TV NewsOops!Wacky, Tacky & TruePolitikDonald TrumpCrazzzzy

right wing network miscalled alabama senate election

What an EPIC fail.

As we previously reported, Democratic candidate Doug Jones narrowly beat out accused child molester Roy Moore during Tuesday's special election for the vacant Alabama senate seat. While Donald Trump and co. tried (and failed) to secure the win for the scandalized former judge, one right wing TV network was CONVINCED that Moore had won.

In fact, One America News Network was so confidant that Roy was the victor that they actually called the race in favor of the GOP candidate. Ultimately, Moore lost to Jones by around 21,000 votes. Like we said, such a fail.

As you can see in the video (below), the unnamed announcer told viewers:
