When you're playing a porn star in your latest flick, we think it's more than okay to get a little risque on the red carpet.
Unfortunately, Amanda Seyfried doesn't seem to agree with that assessment.
The 27-year-old attended the premiere of Lovelace at the Berlin International Film Festival on Saturday wearing a beautiful cobalt blue Elie Saab gown featuring a lace yoke and tiered lace panels.
The original runway look was completely sheer, but Amanda modified the gown with an opaque white underlay to keep her assets covered.
And to that we say: Booooo!
She should've gone with the original version sans the underlay. It's not like she's opposed to revealing her thong-clad nether regions.
We saw them just a few weeks ago at the SAGs!
Nevertheless, the actress still looked gorgeous with her bright red lips and mermaid waves.
And maybe she's saving the really seksalicious outfits for the next round of premieres.
We can only hope!

Amy Adams you saucy BAFTAs MINX!!
During this year's BAFTAs celebration, The Master actress wore a provocative Elie Saab Haute Couture full-length gown featuring delicate Chantilly lace and exquisite bead work…
And a giant SLIT straight up to her crotch!
Seksi!
Amy paired the statement outfit with subtle nude satin Casadei sandals…you know, not to draw attention away from the PLUNGING open back and exposed leg, and Faberge jewels.
Simply sumptuous!

Would Carrie Bradshaw approve?
We're not sure, but that didn't stop Sarah Jessica Parker from wearing this Elie Saab black velvet jumpsuit to the BAFTAs.
All that's missing is a beret and white gloves and she could have started miming down the red carpet!
But alas! She didn't, and opted for black Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps and Fred Leighton jewels instead.
It's certainly not her best look, and she probably could've benefited from some lipstick, but you have to hand it to her that even after all these years, she still causes a stir at these big events.
Rose Byrne shouldn't feel threatened, though. She holds the title for pulling off the best Elie Saab jumpsuit look of all time!

Now this is how you do brunch!
Beyonce showed her beautiful face this afternoon at the Roc Nation pre-Grammys brunch in West Hollywood.
With her honey locks perfectly curled, the Vogue cover girl was all smiles in a long sleeve v-neck Elie Saab floral print cocktail dress while posing with her sister Solange and Melina Matsoukas.
Just another flawless day in the life of Beyonce!

Oh, so prettiful!
Hilary Swank was sparklelicious at the Vienna Opera House Ball in Austria on Thursday.
The actress looked very high-society in a nude Elie Saab Couture gown featuring sheer long sleeves and dozens of glittering crystals running the entire length of the dress.
With her hair in a simple updo and wearing natural, earth-toned makeup, Hilary was quite literally the belle of the ball and we bet she had a fantabulous time!
Beyond haute!

GAWRGEOUS!!!
Nina Dobrev has been kicking ass and taking names lately on the red carpet!
Ian Somerhalder's lucky girlfriend looked AH-Mazing at the SAG Awards on Sunday night, but before that, she wowed at the Entertainment Weekly Screen Actors Guild Party on Saturday.
Wearing a strapless floral print Matthew Williamson maxi dress, the Vampire Diaries starlet was definitely bite-worthy. Ha!
An Elie Saab clutch and barely-there makeup completed the look.
U like???

Ooh la la!
Jessica Alba always dresses to impress, but it seems like she tried a little harder at the Producers Guild Awards on Saturday in Beverly Hills.
With hubby Cash Warren by her side, Jessica left little to the imagination in a black, fully embroidered Elie Saab Haute Couture lace gown with deep sweetheart neckline and high slit.
Casadei heels, Harry Winston jewelry and an amethyst Roger Vivier clutch completed Miz Alba's lacy red carpet ensem.
We're loving everything from the neck down, but her makeup seems overdone and hair is a little 'blah'.
What do U think? Perfect from head to toe or no???
