Even though we can't even begin to comprehend how difficult Angelina Jolie's courageous decision to undergo a double mastectomy must have been for the incredible, inspirational actress, it's clear that she made the choice knowing just how devastating the toll can be for those with the defective gene that is linked to both breast and ovarian cancer!

And not just because she lost her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, to the same disease!

Sadly, it appears that Angie's Aunt Debbie, her mom's sister, is now battling stage four breast cancer, even though she elected to have her ovaries removed after taking a test that showed she also carried the faulty BRCA1 gene.

So unreal to think that this disease has ravaged an entire family for so many generations, but hopefully, by coming forward and discussing their struggles so openly, women like Angie and her Aunt Debbie can break the cycle and raise awareness so others in similar situations have the information and resources necessary to make potentially life-saving decisions regarding their health.

Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian took Tallulah, Darby, and Sullivan on a family vacation to the Caribbean and enjoyed a little fun in the sun at the beach!

But when they kiddies weren't looking, Dr. Shepherd got a tad bit frisky and decided to check out Grey's Jillian's Anatomy with a little pat on the booty!

We're not 100% sure what led to the surprise spanking, but we're guessing Patrick was trying to congratulate his wife on a job well done on pulling off that bikini!

Or maybe he was just trying to give her a high-five and missed REALLY badly! LOLz!!

Either way, it definitely looks like he got a handful!!

Chaz Bono has looked absolutely AMAZING since he recently shed more than 65 pounds! But how exactly did he pull off the miraculous weight loss?

Well it sounds like mama Cher gave him a little extra incentive by offering him $10,000 for every 10 pounds he lost!!

That's a lot of lettuce!!!

Apparently the legendary singer was SOO concerned about her son's health she was desperate to find any way to get him motivated, and while Chaz was hesitant at first he ended up taking her offer!

An insider says:

Jason and his identical twin brother Jarron Collins had us seeing double when they made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about the big guy's life since becoming the first openly gay player in a major U.S. men's sport!

But before the NBA center came out to the rest of the world, he says had to let his brother in on the news first. Although Jarron was a bit caught off guard at first, he says he has nothing but love for Jason:

"Oh come on, he's my twin brother. Of course I'm gonna be supportive of him all the time. That's just the way it is."

Awww! Nothing like a little brotherly love to warm our hearts!

The big news has of course had a HUGE impact on Jason's life, but it's also affected Jarron as well. Mainly because he gets confused for his brother ALL the time!

We're just guessing here, but it might have something to do with the fact that they look EXACTLY the same! LOLz!

Awww! There's nothing like seeing a little brotherly love!

Angelina Jolie's big bro James Haven recently spoke out about his sister's decision to announce her preventative surgeries, and he couldn't be more proud!

He says:

Angelina Jolie is a pretty amazing mom, so it's no wonder she has some awesome kids!

The actress has recently put her bravery on full display as she announced not one, but TWO preventative surgeries she is having to reduce her risk of cancer.

The operations certainly can't be easy on Angie, but luckily she doesn't have to do it alone as she has 6 little cheerleaders on her side: Her children!

By now, you might know that Chaz Bono lost a total of 60 pounds, which is pretty darn amazing…

And even though the 44-year-old may not talk to his mama, Cher, she still opened up about his weight loss, and even talked about his coming with Ellen Degeneres.

The legendary songstress went on the TV host's show with her mother, Georgia Holt and half-sister Georganne LaPiere, and when Ellen mentioned Chaz's drastic weight loss, the 66-year-old singer said:

"Yes, and working really hard on it, too."

Miz DeGeneres then went into asking about Bono's 'coming out,' and considering that Cher was the last to know, she was kind of taken aback — especially because her mama was the FIRST to know.
