Oh boy! This is some top shelf baby momma drama!

This morning, it was confirmed that Fantasia is pregnant with her second child. It's was assumed - now also confirmed - that Antwaun Cook, the married man she had an affair with months and months ago is the father of said child. Considering that Fantasia is only about three months along, that means she and Antwaun have continued their affair - and he's STILL married!

Apparently, Antwaun had the decency(?) to tell his wife Paula Cook the news before it became public knowledge. According to a source close to the situation:

How exciting! Such a gift for her and her family!

Fantasia was on hand to perform at the opening of the Riverview Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida over the weekend when she decided to make a rather shocking announcement to the ground. With her nine-year-old daughter Zion by her side, she happily announced to the crowd that she's 3 months pregnant with another child!

No word on who the father is yet, but judging from how she announced her pregnancy, we're sure we'll find out soon enough - and its sure to be scandalous! (The last man she was linked to was Antwuan Cook … when he was still married.) She told her fans:

Hallelujah! LOLZ!

American Idol's Fantasia has signed on to take the lead role in a biopic about Mahalia Jackson. The film, simply titled Mahalia, will follow the gospel legends rise out of poverty in New Orleans to one of the most iconic gospel singers of the age!

Fantasia's deal has scored her not only the lead, but also a percentage of the gross.

Pretty sweet, girl! If it performs well, expect a lot of $$$ to come your way! Wouldn't that be nice?!

Aretha Responds To Fantasia's Heartbreak Over Grammys Snub

The Queen has spoken!

Last week, American Idol winner Fantasia told sources that she was disappointed that the Grammys people did not ask her to perform in their tribute to the one and only Aretha Franklin. The news of her heartache reached the ears of Aretha, who released this statement in response:

"I was sorry to hear that Fantasia was upset because she did not get the opportunity to participate in my Grammy Tribute this year. I recall that in the past, Fantasia participated in both my MusicCares Person of the Year Tribute and my United Negro College Fund Tribute. Fantasia is still young in the business and although we all love and appreciate her she must understand that in this business of show business she will not always get to participate in everything she would like participate in. I'm sure it was not an intentional omission. I will see Fantasia over the summer here in Detroit."

Telling it like it is with class! That's how Aretha roles.

And yeah, we forgot that Fantasia was a part of those other tributes. The MusicCares one was particularly moving as we recall.

So then, enough is enough, Miz Barrino! You had your chances. Quit crying!

Then, once your tears have dried, have another looksie at the girls who were asked to performer! (above)

Fantasia Boycotted Grammys For Lack Of R-E-S-P-E-C-T!

We had no idea Aretha Franklin meant that much to her!

We were sort of bummed to hear that Fantasia wasn't going to be attending the Grammys this year, even more so after she won her first accolade for Best Female Vocal Performance. We knew she had to have had her reasons and now we know exactly what those were.

Turns out, Fanny felt a bit slighted that she wasn't invited to be part of the Aretha tribute that kicked off the show. On Monday, she phoned into BET's 106 & Park to explain her stance. She said:

"I'm going to be very honest with you. You know I wasn't at the Grammys last night. I'm kind of going through my own little thing. … Last night they were honoring someone who is my idol, Aretha Franklin, and there is no way I could have sat there and not got the happy feet and wanting to jump on the mic because she is my favorite so I felt like, you know, at the end of the day I should have been on that stage so, I kind of did my own little thing last night."

Aw, honey! That shouldn't have kept you away! You could have still honored Miz Aretha by thanking her during your acceptance speech or something. You only win your first Grammy once and you missed out on your chance to really feel that moment. We guess you had to do what was best for you, but that wouldn't have been our choice.

Still, we're glad you are taking some time for yourself, too. That's equally as important.
