Estella admits to taking the assistant's purse without permission, but she SWEARS it wasn't stealing — the Canadian actress promises she just picked up the wrong black clutch by accident!!

Jaime has accused Planet of the Apes actress Estella Warren of STEALING her assistant's purse and she will do whatever it takes to get it back.
The gutsy My Name Is Earl star went so far as to use a tracking device that led her to Estella at Bootsy Bellows after they both attended a birthday party for publicist Gary Mantoosh on Friday.

Last night, Fox's I Hate My Teenage Daughter dropped 25% in the ratings from its solid debut episode. Bummer!
In more impressive news, CBS was once again the top rated AND most watched network of the night!
CBS' highlight show last night was Survivor, which was up 6% in the ratings, landing a 3.3/9 in the 18-49 demo, and bringing in 11.5 million total viewers!!!
Congratulations, CBS! You have truly become a television force to be reckoned with!

Back in August, we weren't particularly impressed when we saw a promo for Jaime Pressly's new Fox sitcom I Hate My Teenage Daughter.
Now, we're hearing that Kelly Ripa's husband/All My Children alum Mark Consuelos will be guest-starring on the show as a "new love interest" for Jaime's character.

She won't be getting any jail time for her recent DUI bust where she was not only over the legal alcohol limit of .08, but almost THREE times the legal limit with a .22.
