With 3 people confirmed dead and at least 154 people injured from the Boston Marathon explosions, celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and Alicia Keys are taking to their Twitter to send out their love and prayers.
It's not yet clear who is responsible for the bombings, but while it's investigated, #prayforboston has become Twitter's top trend.
Here's what our favorite celebrities are saying:

Back in February, Joan Rivers called Adele fat and even suggested that she add FRIED CHICKEN to her song, Rolling in the Deep.
And after the British songstress demanded that the snappy Fashion Police host apologize to her, Joan said 'the hell with that,' and continued to call poor Adele chubby.
In a recent interview, Miz Rivers addressed her fat jokes toward the new mommy, and said:

Yay! Our girl is back!!
Kelly Osbourne just announced that she was returning to Fashion Police a couple days ago, and because everyone was excited about her recovery, Joan Rivers even had the violet-haired starlet sit on her lap during their taping yesterday.
Happy about her return, Miz Rivers tweeted the pic (above), and wrote:
That's not very nice Joan Rivers!
The Fashion Police diva made an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman to recap what went down at the Oscars on Sunday, and while she was there… instead of just talking smack about the fashion — she cracked jokes about Adele's weight.

Guess spraining your ankle is better than getting a swirly! LOLz
Kelly Osbourne visited a public restroom to do her business yesterday, but after she tripped up and was getting ready to go head first into the NAS-TAY toilet, she decided that it would be better if she sprained her ankle.

"I've had my nose done and my boobs done, so I'm not against it…..except when it starts to become an addiction. And that's my mom."

Joan Rivers is the queen of plastic surgery, but her daughter Melissa doesn’t approve.
“In my opinion, it’s like enough,” said Melissa. “Stop it. It is a source of conflict, it really is. It bothers me.”
The duo were in a news conference on Friday to promote their new reality TV series, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?, which premieres January 25.
Joan joked about her plastic surgery during the interview. She told reporters, “If you had a dollar for every stitch in the face of someone you interviewed, you wouldn’t be here.”
This new show sounds HIGHlarious!
