Jonathan Rhys Meyers is already back at work after a reported brief stint in rehab and his arrest for an intoxicated brawl in a French airport last month.

The actor was spotted as an aged King Henry VIII on the set of The Tudors on Wednesday in Dublin.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers is in trouble - again!

The 31-yer-old Tudors star was detained by French police this past Saturday after he allegedly assaulted an airport employee.

The French press is reporting Meyers was drunk during the incident, and was placed in custody for several hours after he punched the employee.

Apparently it all went down when an airport cafe bartender refused to sell a drink to Meyers, who already appeared drunk to him.

That led to a shouting match between Meyers and the bar manager and when another employee tried to separate the two, Meyers punched him.

Meyers will now need to return to France and appear in court this September for charges of "voluntary violence, contempt, issuing death threats and assault."

Time to go back to rehab (again) and get some help!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that rehab plagued Jonathan Rhys Meyers has abruptly pulled out of his guest spots for Jimmy Fallon and Martha Stewart's TV shows.

He was just on The View yesterday, so what gives?

Trip to the hospital for "exhaustion?"

And what's with the pube 'stache and beard???

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has just become a card-carrying member of Rehab: The Sequel.

The Tudors actor, who has struggled with a troubled childhood and previous problems with alcohol, has checked into a rehabilitation facility.

In 2005 Meyers did a stint in rehab at Promises in California.

But it seems he has fallen to his demons once again, as he was recently spotted looking a little ragged while purchasing what appeared to be a bottle of vodka. When he failed to appear at a couple of important recent events, folks became suspicious.

Fortunately, it seems that Meyers is also surrounded with a good support system, as a Tudors insider revealed that "He [Jonathan] is one of the nicest guys in the world, he's a pleasure to work with. He has his demons all right, and he's trying to cope with them as best he can. I couldn't have coped with even 2pc of what's being written about him. He is also great with children. If any kids ever come on the set he's really nice to them. He gets down and talks to them face to face and makes sure they get autographs and whatever they want. He's brilliant that way."

Meyers likened himself drunk to Bambi. "I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice," he says.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers was looking a little Hobo-Joaquin as he stopped into a convenience store for a refill of smokes and what appears to be a bottle of vodka.

Is the actor back on the sauce?

What happened to everything he learned in rehab???

He does kind of look like he's had one too many! That's the only thing that could explain the horrible Uggs!

Post the Golden Globes awards show, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, best actor in a TV drama series nominee, was spotted at the Saddle Ranch Bar on the Sunset Strip.

Saddle Ranch is a place lots of Angelenos steer clear of because it's, um, touristy.

He is Irish and technically a tourist.

Maybe that's why he wasn't too bothered!

Since I was 27 I must have been drunk maybe a dozen-and-a-half times - but when I do, I'm like Bambi. I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice. Now drink doesn't fit into where I want to go. I want to do something useful with my life. Drinking is not synonymous with that. To be honest, I just leave it alone and hope people will, too, but I don't really care. The whole drinking thing with me has been blown out of all proportion anyway."

Jonathan Rhys Myers was out clubbing in LA on Friday.

The actor was seen leaving one of the hotspots early in the morning, and by the look of things - it seems like he had A LOT of fun!
