So apparently, Justin Bieber's luck with animals is about as good as his luck with spitting, Selena Gomez, and birthdays!

Which pretty much again confirms that the pop sensation is pretty much having the WORST 2013 EVER!

His latest drama?

His pet capuchin MONKEY, which according to reports, was seized as the Biebs arrived at the Franz Josef Strauss Airport in Munich, Germany after customs officials realized he and his team did not have the proper documentation to bring the animal into a foreign country with him!

We previously mentioned that Justin Bieber was taking some heat for giving away his pet hamster PAC.

He apparently left a concert and just handed his hamster to a fan and told her to keep it.

She was overjoyed and said she worships the hamster, taking it everywhere with her.

Sadly, PAC has died!!

Oh no! What happened?? His new owner tweeted the following, soon before PAC's unfortunate passing:

Noel, and tons of other Brits, were upset when the Biebz showed up two hours late to a London concert!

Then he passed out at another show last night as we previously mentioned!

Justin Bieber enjoyed his free time away from the glitz, glam and drugs in Hollywood with a peaceful horseback jaunt in NoHo.

The singer took a couple of friends for the respite, and he definitely kept the sun away with that hat!

Plus, he arrived in his Ferrari! Talk about horse power!

Justin Bieber has gotten a lot of heat for breaking up with Selenita giving away his pet hammy at an Atlanta concert.

The California Hamster Association claimed Biebz committed an act of animal cruelty by subjugating PAC to loud music and giving him away.

But lucky S.O.B. super fan Victoria Blair says PAC is doing just fine.

Blair states:

Hammy love??? How about hamster animal cruelty!

The California Hamster Association (this is so happening) has accused Justin Bieber of animal cruelty, even though his heart was in the right place.

Biebz gave away his hamster, PAC, to 18 year old super Belieber, us Tori, at a concert and the CHA says that's a big no-no.

We've never seen Justin Bieber hamm it up like this! LOLz!

Biebz tweeted a pic of his new, adorbale partner in crime, Pac, and the little guy is simply to DIE for.

His furry companion seems to be a great travel companion too!
