Keira Knightley is one beautiful and busy lady!

But it was her busy schedule that actually started causing health issues for her, specifically lung problems!

She was having difficulty breathing last year due to pleurisy, an inflammation of the lining of the chest and lungs. She said:

If you hadn't noticed, we love Keira Knightly around here. Not only is she a fabtastic actress and a downright lovely person, she also stands up for what she believes in — and she believes that Hollywood's body obsessions are bullshizz!

Here's what she said about it during a press junket for her new movie Anna Karenina:

It really showed off her consistently great figure!

When an actress is always really really skinny, the media cries "anorexia!"

But some people are just naturally incredibly skinny and lead an active lifestyle. Keira even sued a British tabloid for labeling her anorexic. She won!

In Allure, she talked about the claims of her "anorexia," saying:

Remember the 2002 hit British soccer film Bend It Like Beckham?

We're sure it's been out of your mind for a while, but the movie that gave Keira Knightley her breakout role is being adapted as both a West End and Broadway musical!

The films director and driving force behind the musical reincarnation, Gurinder Chadha, said:

So crazy!

North Koreans were allowed to watch a western-made film for the first time on TV this past week when the British Embassy made arrangements for the British soccer film Bend It Like Beckham, co-starring Keira Knightley, to be broadcast!

Normally, western films are considered a big no-no in the country, but given the public's love for the sport, an exception was made. However, much of the film's content - including interracial relationships, homosexuality, and religion - was cut out of their edit, leaving the film's new running length to be about an hour.

We find it so unfortunate that so many places enforce censorship to that degree, but we suppose this is a step in the direction of progress!

Hopefully it will continue to come!

Keira Knightley the talented and beautiful actress has had terrible insecurities for her whole life. However, she just reveals that she has finally overcome these doubts!

She is now able to believe in herself. She used to think that she did not deserve her success!!

How crazy!

Keira says that of course she still gets nervous before filming a scene, but she tries to not put too much pressure on herself.
