Either Linda Hogan is a liar or she's the dumbest person alive!

Due to a court ruling, Hulk Hogan has been paying Linda $40,000 a month in temporary alimony payments.

That's more than some people make in a year!

But now Linda is claiming she's out of money.

WTF?!?

In a hearing on Thursday, one of Linda's attorneys asked the judge to set a hearing next month to talk about unfreezing some of the couple's joint assets for Linda's use. However, an attorney for Hulk said she wanted to see some proof that Linda was really out of money.

What or who could she possibly be wasting that kind of money on?

Hulk's attorney said, "They have to tell me why she's out of money. They have to show me in bank statements."

Oh, and Hulk also pays some of her bills, in addition to the monthly alimony. For example, he's required to pay repair and maintenance on their home in which Linda is currently living.

But Linda's side wants more. They say Hulk is refusing to pay for "cable, pest control, window washing and their security system."

WTF! Bitch is getting thousands a month. SHE should pay for that!

And surprisingly, this idiot, Judge George W. Greer, told Hulk's attorney's that he would have to pay for the cable, pest control and window washing bills.

Adding that Hulk would not be required to pay for the security system as that's not Hulk's problem any longer.

What, and Linda's cable bill is???

Seriously, some divorce cases are ridiculous!

Linda HOgan wants to take her little pup on a joy ride…in ex Hulk Hogan's prized Rolls Royce.

The auto's been hanging out in a garage somewhere, waiting on the final division of property, because the car loses value with mileage.

When the Hulkster found out that Linda was polishing the pipes for a ride, he had the car moved to a secret location, dealing with the situation like a mature adult would!

Rumor has it that the insurance on the car is "woefully inadequate," and Hulk fears that Linda will let the boytoy drive the car.

Couldn't be any worse than the way their son drives!

Linda Hogan is a liar.

Just yesterday in a statement after her son, Nick, was released from jail, she asked the media to give her family some space and privacy.

She said, "Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."

But of course Linda isn't one to miss a press opportunity!!!!

On, Tuesday outside her Florida home, she gave an impromptu press conference.

Standing in front of a homemade sign that read "Welcome Home" and some yellow balloons, Linda said, "I cried when I hugged him," when she saw Nick.

She added, "Basically we just feel that we as a family wanna stay private. I hope everybody can respect his privacy. He's had six months in jail, and he's just gotta try to regroup and remold his life.

If only the same could be said of the victim of that horrible crash!

Adds the cougar, "In the future I think his actions will speak louder than words, so really there's not a whole lot else to say. I think when people just watch, [they'll see] he's a changed person."

And when she was asked just how he's changed, the private mom said, "For the better. You know he really just wants to try to be serious and make a difference, wants to look into colleges and just be a kid.”

Way to keep his life private.

As we mentioned earlier today, Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, was released from jail at 12:30am Tuesday.

Nick served only 166 days of his eight month sentence.

As he left the jail, Nick was greeted only by sis Brooke, as his parents apparently care more about not seeing each other than seeing their son.

But, now, mommy is speaking out.

Linda Hogan has released a statement asking everyone for privacy. Hee hee.

This from the same lady who agreed to have her personal life video taped for TV?

Linda says, "This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick's adjustment back into the public life keeping it as normal as possible. Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy."

Is anyone still reading????

She continues, "Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."

Either way, Linda Hogan is the second Hogan to prove that the whole family should have their licenses revoked - forever.

The woman who helped spawn this and more unfortunately, this, received a speeding ticket Friday on her way to visit Boy Spawn in the slammer.

We don't know why she was in such a rush - it's not like he's going anywhere!

For doing 71 in a 55, Linda got slapped with a ticket and a $206 fine.

Fortunately, she did not have a passenger with her to smash into a vegetable.

Last week on Howard Stern, dim wit Brooke Hogan wowed us with her idiocy.

Her imbecilic proclamation that she didn't know who the U.S. Vice President is and assertion that her boobs are real were the only things we really took notice of.

However, her momma, Linda the Cougar, paid close attention to Brooke's Howard sitdown and her PR team revealed exclusively to PerezHilton.com her take on daughter Brooke's Stern rant.

Here's a few of the 'hypocritical accusations' Brooke spewed on Howard, according to the Cougar's people:

- Hulk's girlfriend doesn't really look like her.

- "Age doesn't really matter when it comes to dating" on roommate's dating of older men".

- Hulk is a monogamous creature (excluding her best friend, Kate Kennedy and the road crew)

- That her boobs were real (they aren't).

- I'm a very honest person

Cougar Hogan's people want y'all to see that honesty and truthfulness aren't too high on Brooke's priority list and issued the following statement:

"The only thing that was honest and correct in Brooke's (via Hulk Hogan) disparaging remarks are that Linda's boobs aren't real. Linda is going to do what she has done in the past, which is to focus working through the aftermath of the tragic accident of John Graziano, (that happened while son Nick was under Hulk's care.) Hulk's $80,000 a month PR campaign is more aimed at smearing Linda than clearing his own name. Brooke is simply his latest pawn. Linda will always be there for Brooke."

They're all crazy!

According to InTouch, Sharon Stone's new lover is half her age!

Fifty-year old Sharon is hitting it with a 24-year old no-one named Chase Dreyfous.

He reportedly told his pals at a birthday party in LA a few weeks ago, "I've started dating Sharon Stone, and she's pretty good for 50."

Such a sweet compliment!

A snitch says, "Sharon called him and he showed the caller ID to everyone."

How tacky!!

Another insider says, "She's really into him and even asked him to come with her to Mexico."

Finally, some good news for the Hogan family.

A Pinellas County Circuit Court judge ruled Thursday that Hulk and Linda Hogan do NOT have to buy the much disputed over condo in Las Vegas, a purchase the Cougar wanted but the former wrestler was resisting.

The pair had originally planned to buy the condo before they decided to split up.

Hulk especially did not want to proceed with the $4.2 million purchase because he thought the condo has lost too much value. However, Linda still wanted to buy it.

Yea, bitch should have used her own money to buy it then!

Oh wait, we don't think she has any of her own. Hee hee.

The former couple had originally put down $840,000 for the condo back in 2005.

The judge also decided on some rulings until their divorce is final.

He stated that Linda will get $40,000 a month for living expenses starting September 1st and ending one year later.

WTF?!?!

Why does she need THAT MUCH to live????

That's almost half a million dollars!

Linda also has the use of the couple's house in Belleair Bluffs. Hulk will have use of their much small condo in Clearwater.

He'll ALSO have to pay for all the utilities, water, phone, and sewer services fees, in addition to paying for household help at both homes.

Crazy!

Oh, and Hulk will also need to file for the couples joint federal tax returns for 2007 and 2008, while Linda will Not be held liable for any taxes.

Poor Hulk.

Hopefully he has some hidden offshore accounts, because it looks like once the divorce is finalized he might be out of millions and millions given to Linda.
