The Safeway Foundation and Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) have enlisted Ambassador Marcia Cross to get their prostate cancer information across — by developing a print, radio and digital public service announcement (above)!
As with most PSAs, this one is designed to increase awareness. This time it's for the fight against prostate cancer, which currently affects more than two million American men. One in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. It's #2 on the leading causes of cancer deaths in men!
Talk about a GREAT mom!
Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross set an AMAZING example for daughters Eden and Savannah by taking them book shopping at Barnes & Noble in Santa Monica!
It is SO SO SO important for parents to encourage their kids to read as much as possible, and we gotta give major props to Marcia for bringing out the inner bookworm in her twins!
And the best part is it looks like they're having a BLAST doing it! Seriously, they couldn't even wait to get home before cracking open their books!
We always knew Marcia was a fun and cool mom, but this is just awesome!

On Tuesday, the Desperate Housewives' star hit up a Big 5 in El Lay to purchase oodles and oodles of hula hoops, and we must say, she sure does look like someone that can werk out a hula.

Marcia Cross picked up her daughters Savannah and Eden from school yesterday, but before they headed home, they stopped at Yogurtland for a nice treat!!
Considering that the ladies were spotted at this froyo joint before, we're beginning to think that Yogurtland is their FAVORITE dessert place in Santa Monica.
It wouldn't be unexpected though… especially since frozen yogurt is deee-lishous!! So it's completely ok with us if they love the land where yogurt lives. LOLz
