EA Sports hosted their third annual Madden NFL 12 Pigskin Pro-Am celebrity flag-football game on Wednesday in New York City.
The fun event, which allowed actors and athletes to competively mingle, was held to celebrate the launch of the next installment of Madden NFL in the popular video game franchise.
NFL alumni Dan Marino, Jerry Rice, Barry Sanders and Ronnie Lott hit the field with some of television's biggest stars including Matt Bomer, Christopher Meloni, Maria Menounos, Anthony Mackie, Terry Crews, Josh Charles and Elisabeth Röhm.
All we have are pictures for now, but you can see the Gamers (red) take on the Famers (blue) on Sunday, August 28 before NBC's preseason game between the New Orleans Saints and the Oakland Raiders.
In the meantime, check out more pics of celebs tossing the pigskin in NYC below!
Hottest Man Alive Matt Bomer was a guest along with his fellow White Collar co-star and former Saved By The Bell beauty Tiffani Amber Thiessen on Thursday night's ep of Bravo's HIGHlarious show Watch What Happens Live.
In honor of Tiffani's famous '90s role, cheerleader Kelly Kapowski, Matt did Bayside High's classic cheer "GO BAYSIDE!"
OMG sooo adorbs! Hearts flutter everywhere. LOVE that he remembered the cheer and Tiffani didn't! So LOLsy! Watch Matt break hearts (above).
White Collar hottie Matt Bomer took some time out from his busy schedule to attend the 2011 AIDS Walk New York Opening Ceremony on Sunday.
The actor even spoke alongside The Event's Laura Innes to share the dangerous and frightening reality of the deadly disease that kills 35 million people world wide.
He offered a little shining nugget of hope to those gathered in support of finding a cure for AIDS, saying:
"What's the best thing the battle against AIDS has going for it? It has you!"
So true! AIDS will not stop itself, but the more people that support funding research for a cure, the closer we will get to stopping it ourselves.
Thanks for lending your time and efforts to such an important cause, Matt!
The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
She added:
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
