Earlier this year Mena Suvari filed for divorce from her husband of years 18-months, Simone Sestito.

You'd think a short marriage like that would be simple to settle, BUT this is a Hollywood divorce! And, of course, he wants her $$Money$$!

Why does he deserve the ca$h??

Official court documents reveal that American Pie actress' ex is a failed business man. He admits that since his meal ticket Mena left, he has had to resort to paying his bills with credit and loans from mommy and daddy. (We've all been there!)

Somethings just never change!

The main cast of the American Pie movies reunited for a photo call for their new movie, American Reunion.

It was in Sydney, Australia outside of Harry's Cafe de Wheels. (In case any of U Aussie's want to visit the place.)

Jason Biggs, Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, Seann William Scott, Eugene Levy and Chris Klein were all there!

Best part? The cast tried the cafe's famous pies after the photo call was over.

Jason Biggs seemed to really like the pie.

A lot.

Maybe he improvised the pie scene in the first American Pie movie…

Seems like Mena Suvari was going for the wedding bouquet look this year.

The actress arrived at the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party wearing a Romona Kevezaf trapeze dress made of Chantilly lace and covered with silk organza flowers.

The dress was taken straight from the runway as it was featured in Keveza's Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

It's fun and flirty, and works for a night of partying, but it does nothing for Mena's figure.

Unless looking like a pom-pom is her thing....

This trailer is even better than the last one! We're starting to get pret-ty excited for this movie!

And we're ECSTATIC at the possibility of Jim's dad getting with Stifler's mom! Ha!

P.S. What's up with with the movie being referred to as American Pie: Reunion in this trailer? Is that the international title? We like the original title better…

It really is sad to see things come to an end… good things at least. Which is why if Mena Suvari's marriage had been a good thing for the couple, it wouldn't be ending in divorce.

Just after 18 months of marriage, and it's a shame that that's considered a long try in this day, Simone Sestito, citing "irreconcilable differences" — which seems to be the reason of choice nowadays too.

Apparently the separated in November, too.

This will be her second divorce, but we hope that doesn't discourage her. We want her to find true love!

At least take a little more time to decide to get married to the next one maybe…

Either way, this is probably a difficult time for the both of them. We hope things get better soon.
