After the bus accident that tragically cost one of her tour members his life, the Cyrus family has released a statement on Miley's website.

It says:

"We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill 'Uncle Bill' Douglas. Members of our tour are like members of our family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in the midst of this tragedy. He will truly be missed."

So sad.

Despite the tragic accident this morning that injured her lighting crew and ended in the death of her bus driver when her bus overturned in Virgina, Miley Cyrus intends on performing this weekend.

An employee a the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, NC confirmed that "The show is going on as scheduled."

Going to be kind of hard without any lights, huh?

Oh, she's just bein' Miley!

Miley Cyrus had an '80s-themed 17th birthday bash in New York at the Canal Room on Thursday night and the Disney star dressed up as Julia Roberts' character in Pretty Woman - Vivian Ward, the hooker with the heart of gold!

We wonder which outfit she chose?

Who wants to bet it's the one from the beginning with blonde wig and thigh-high boots filled with condoms!?

Miley's mama Tish arranged for Constantine Maroulis and the rest of the cast from Rock of Ages to perform at the party.

A source reveals:

"Miley had seen the show two weeks ago and loved it, so her mom Tish brought the cast in to surprise her. But I'm not sure who was more into Constantine — Miley or her mother. Between songs from the musical, Miley grabbed Constantine and danced with him at the front of the stage and then Tish joined in."

Sounds like quite the hootenanny!

And we hate to break it to you, Miles, but Pretty Woman is from 1990!

How awful!

Local media in Virginia is reporting that Miley Cyrus' tour bus was in an accident on the I-85 interstate.The entire bus overturned!

One fatality has been reported as well as several injuries, however, we're told that Miley was not on the bus at the time.

So sad!

Is it a Disney thing?

First it was Miley Cyrus who spoke out about her jealousy dislike for the Twilight flicks, stating she's not a fan and doesn't like vampires or werewolves.

You know, cuz vampires and wolves are so far fetched from fairies right Miley? You know about fairies, right? Like the fairy movie you signed up to do this past summer based on the novel Wings.

Just sayin'.

But now it's cutie Selena Gomez who's bashing the Twilight franchise.

During an interview on Bonnie Hunt's show, Selena admits, “I don’t watch them. Sorry, I feel bad … even though I am a teenager.”

This couldn't have something to do with the fact that her ex-boyfriend, Taylor Lautner, is in the flick, could it?

We're guessing not, since when asked if she was Team Edward or Team Jacob, she chose Jacob.

Oh, and in case you didn't know, Selena stars on the hit Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place. You know, the one about witches which guest stars some vampires.

But either way, what is it with the Disney stars hating on Twilight?

Houston, we are leaving the friendship zone!!!

She won't come right out and say it, but we think it is safe to say that lil' Miley Cyrus has fallen hard for her Aussie co-star, Liam Hemsworth!

We can just tell by the way she gushes and falls all over herself when talking about him in a recent interview. Miley went into some detail about what it was like working with Liam on their new movie, The Last Song.

She explained:

"I've never gotten along with someone so well.I was a little anxious about making this movie; I wanted everything to be perfect. To go on set and feel insecure was a totally new element for me. But he felt the same way. He admitted his insecurities, and it was really nice to have someone who understands me for once."

How cute! (Bet that hurts Nick Jonas!)

During the same interview, she attempts to skirt the issue of them dating by labeling him her "best friend." However, she also confessed that they agree to keep whatever kind of relationship they have on the down-low.

So maybe they are friends with benefits?

We'll find out for sure soon enough. They cannot hide forever!

She's growing up so fast!

The trailer is out for Miley Cyrus' upcoming film The Last Song and she shares quite a few smooches with brief boyfriend/co-star Liam Hemsworth!

Miley plays the character of Ronnie, a surly teenager who has a plethora of issues because of her parents' divorce. When she's sent to live with her father in Georgia for the summer she falls in love for the first time and is able to repair her relationship with her dad.

Blah, blah, blah!

If anything, the trailer is great for eye candy.

That Liam is HOT!

Good luck getting anywhere near Robert Pattinson now!

In a recent interview, Miley Cyrus was adamant about explaining that she is NOT a Twilight fan, nor will she ever be!

One would think Twilight would speak to her tweeny mentality, as it has with all of her friends and fans, but Miley insists that the franchise is not for her. She told a Cleveland radio station:

"I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires. … I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it."

Aw, does the little CGI wolf scare you Miley? Why don't you tweet about it…OH WAIT! Never mind!

Whatever! Every party needs a pooper!

Or do we sense a little envy that you have less fans than the Twilight crew?

For the sake of our ears, we sure hope not!

Although Timbaland has some mayjah contributors to his new album, Shock Value II, the producer was surprisingly taken with Miley Cyrus.

Of all people?! And he is way too confident in her longevity!!!

He says:

“Man, she’s gonna be like Justin [Timberlake]. She comes from that same musical background, where she’s just got it. Her voice is just there. The best way to put it is she’s special. When I worked with her, I was very impressed. I was like, ‘Whoa.’”

And by "it," does he mean auto-tune?!
