This Is Not A Joke

wenn1855030.jpg

You KNOW things are bad when Lindsay Lohan's mom is giving your mom advice!

And that's just was Dina Lohan is doing.

The mother of the year offers some parenting tips to Miley Cyrus's mom.

Dina was being honored this week in New York by "Mingling Moms."

Orange Oprah was being presented an award for being one of the Top 20 Moms in Long Island by the "Mingling Moms of long Island." Must suck to have your mom on that same list as Dina!!!!

And while there, a reporter asked Lohan what advice she would give to Miley's mom.

Lohan responded with, "I don't know Miley's mom, but you know, just say strong and keep your head up. And she's talented [Miley] and stay focused."

Oh and then she adds, "You know, and be her mom."

Ha! If only she would follow her own advice!

That's almost as good as Lynne Spears and her parenting skills book.

These Hollywood moms should all get together and write a book on what NOT to do as a parent.

Don't Blame Vanity Fair

miley1__opt1.jpg

Ratings for Hannah Montana are down, and Disney must not be happy that their cash cow is suffering.

But, according to reports, Hannah Montana was on the decline even BEFORE the Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair "scandal" rocked our worlds.

The audience for Sunday's new Hannah Montana episode fell 14% from the previous fresh episode, which aired just under two months earlier, say the ratings gurus the Nielsen Company.

Compared to the first original show of the year, which aired in January, viewership for Sunday's show was down 26%.

Don't blame Vanity Fair.

Just blame Miley!

Hilarious!!!!

Sources spotted Miley Cyrus in Orlando this weekend.

The Disney channel star was trying to be incognito by going in disguise - a wig, sunglasses and the whole deal.

It didn't work!

She's taking this Hannah Montana dual personality thing WAY too personally.

Oh, yeah, that annoying Mandy was also there.

Does anyone else think it's weird that 15-year-old Miley's best friend is 21??????

Photo backlash????

According to new reports, Disney announced on Thursday that Miley Cyrus won't be attending her first (previously scheduled) public appearance since those 'scandalous' Vanity Fair pics went public.

Miley was to appear at a media party in Orlando on Friday, along with dozens of other Disney Channel stars in town to film the Disney Channel Games, a charity competition.

Disney did not elaborate on the reason for Miley's absence from the party.

They don't need to elaborate — she's still in the doghouse for dirtying things up!

She threw a wrench into the moneymaking machine!

(Still) Doing Damage Control

"It" will not die! And we're not complaining!

Aside from the racy photos in Vanity Fair, Miley Cyrus is also being criticized for watching Sex and the City, proclaiming her love for it and comparing it to her own Disney show, Hannah Montanna.

According to Cyrus, Sex and the City is her "favorite show."

Miley adds, "I love it! If you watch Sex and the City, like the way the friends are, the way that it's dry and they all have distinct characters – that's a thing we try to do on our show."

And of course, sources (most likely Disney reps) are trying to twist her words around and clean up her image.

A source says, "The show she watches is completely sanitized. She watches it on TBS." Adding that Miley's mom, "doesn't allow HBO in the house. They only have basic cable."

Riiiiiight.

Too bad for Miley she didn't make those statements earlier.!

Maybe they would have given her a small cameo in the movie.

Oh wait, she probably would have done it and then told her fans she was "embarrassed" to have been a part of the film!

Kathy Griffin To Guest Star On Hannah Montana????

wenn5116659.jpg

Disney is in the media a lot this week, mainly because of Miley Cyrus's Vanity Fair photo shoot controversy and her recent provocative photos that have been popping up online.

Now we hear that Kathy Griffin was set to appear on an episode of the Disney hit show Hannah Montanna.

Griffin says she's not certain what character she would have portrayed. She says, "I might have been the nosy neighbor. Or maybe the hooker with a heart of gold."

Kathy was approached about a year ago to make an appearance and agreed to do so, even without ever watching the show.

Hey, any publicity is good publicity!

After discussing it with some friends, Kathy adds, "Suddenly everyone was telling me how huge the show is with kids, so I was really excited."

Unfortunately, the timing didn't work out for the fall 2007 season, so they postponed it for the new season. Though it would never happen.

Disney fired Kathy before she even stepped foot on the studio!

Why?

Because of a joke she made during her infamous speech at last years Creative Arts Emmys, where Kathy stated, "Suck it, Jesus! This award is my god now!"

And because of those few words, Kathy adds, "I was fired from Hannah Montana for my 'suck it Jesus' remark. Which I can tell you now that Miley Cyrus has been flashing her green bra and posing topless."

She adds, "I was basically told, 'Disney doesn't want you anywhere near the building.'"

Disney is trying to deny the reports, and a spokesperson recently said via email, "With all casting decisions, a 'pass' or 'accept' is ultimately a creative decision. The 'pass' on Kathy Griffin in a particular guest role had nothing to do with comedy routines or public comments."

Yea, riiiiiight.

Your Miley Roundup

avanity-fair.jpg

EVERYBODY is talking Miley Miley Miley!

TV's Extra gathered together the best quotes.

Here's what Hollywood is saying about Slutty Cyrus!

Sally Field: “I love Miley Cyrus. My granddaughters are completely and utterly over the moon. I watch Hannah Montana….I think, ‘Let it go for God’s sake’…It’s a beautiful picture.”

Lauren Conrad: “I found it a bit silly. I thought she looked beautiful in the pictures. I didn’t find it that inappropriate. I think it’s difficult. It s a lot of pressure on her since she is a role model, but I think she’s doing a good job.”

Emmy Rossum: “I think she’s a role model for kids, but I think she looks beautiful.”

Heidi Montag: I think she’s a young girl in Hollywood and she’s just having fun. Exploring herself.”

Spencer Pratt: “I didn’t think it was that bad. Supposedly, she’s wearing a top underneath. It’s artistic.”

Rosie on Miley

79693577__opt.jpg

Rosie O'Donnell is doing what she does best, speaking her mind.

The most annoying celeb is defending Disney puppet star Miley Cyrus.

Rosie took to her blog last night and spoke her mind.

In a video blog, Rosie explains how she's done two photo shoots with celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz. She adds that when shooting with Annie, you sort of do what she says.

Seems Annie's a bit intimidating!

Rosie adds, "I also didn't think it was a pornographic photo in any capacity. I thought it was sort of a beautiful portrait. I like the one of her and her dad, too."

But would Rosie allow her daughters to take photos like that when they turn 15???
