Well it's about time we got some REAL answers on this!
Once Upon A Time has spun its magic to retell the classic stories of Cinderella, Belle, Snow White, Mulan, and Aurora, but we have somehow YET to see classic human-fishy hybrid Ariel!!
What the hell gives, Edward Kitsis? What, does Adam Horowitz not care for seafood much???
WELL! We now have some clarity behind the neglected storyline.
And it's absolutely beautiful!!! The creators reveal:

Once Upon A Time's creators have revealed which characters are staying and which will be axed for the third season of Storybrooke’s unfolding saga. There is bad news, but there is also very good news!
Let's start with the bad news.
One of the characters who will not be returning is Meghan Ory, aka Ruby, aka Red Riding Hood! We are MAJORLY bummed about this one, but with all the new characters introduced during this past season, Ruby’s plot fell by the wayside. Sadz.
But she doesn’t count out returning to the cast down the road!! She said the following:

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, the OUAT spin-off, has officially made it onto ABC network’s fall lineup, leading its 2013 Thursday primetime programming!
The show, created by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, centers on Alice (Sophie Lowe), following her climb out of the rabbit hole and return to Victorian England. However, Alice, thought to be insane by doctors, must return to Wonderland with the help of the White Rabbit and Knave of Hearts!

If the show is even half as good as OUAT, we'll be satisfied!

The Once Upon A Time finale is just a few days away, but the fate of Storybrooke hangs in the balance. In fact, the stakes are now so high that lives are willing to be sacrificed in the process.
We’re not even entirely sure who’s on which side. Is Captain Hook really bad? Is Regina really good?
As shown in the sneak peek (above), Tamara and Greg inform Captain Hook of their destructive plans a la Regina’s diamond, and though Hook doesn’t exactly get in the way, he sure sounds reluctant.
Ch-ch-check it out and see if you can guess where his loyalty lies.

Lana Parrilla is engaged, everyone!!!
Even an Evil Queen deserves her happiness!!! Especially since she only plays an Evil Queen and isn't really evil.
The beautiful Once Upon A Time star was vacationing in Israel last week when her boyfriend of many years, Fred Di Blasio, popped the question.
How totally romantic!!!!
The locals apparently approved, and Lana felt “so celebrated” that she wants to return every year to re-live that celebration!! We think she should go for it!!

Who's the evil queen now, Regina??
Once Upon A Time star Jennifer Morrison waltzed on the Met Gala red carpet like it was Bats Day at Disneyland.
Draped in black lace à la Donna Karan Atelier, the feisty actress sprayed and gelled her blonde locks all the way up into a mohawk to honor the theme.
And from the look of those luscious red lips, we can only guess she's bitten the forbidden apple…SO PUNK!

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas are burning through their Disneyphile cards faster than any celeb we've ever seen!!
Despite having a flight to catch late Saturday (pictured above), they spent their morning celebrating Star Wars day at SoCal's magical, beautiful Disneyland Resort!
Fans caught the two roaming through the park, but they weren't exactly trying to hide.
