We're glad she's speaking out!

Kim Richards is in one big pile of trouble.
Last week, we reported about her arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel where it was rumored she may have been under the influence of alcohol.
And while a relapse would be horrible for this reality TV star, who has battled alcohol addiction for some time now, things might just be getting worse.
It's rumored Bravo is considering cutting her from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills because she has now become too much of a liability.
With insurance issues and concerns about something worse possibly happening to Kim, Bravo seems worried they could end up responsible for something if they keep her on a demanding and stressful show.
But don't think Kim's time on the reality show is over just yet! Housewives don't exit that easily!
We guess Jason Hoppy didn't appreciate Bethenny Frankel throwing a bunch of shade this past week!
Hoppy's legal representative, Bernard Clair, essentially blasted the reality star, saying:
"The recent stories about what is supposedly going on in court, particularly about financial matters, are inaccurate and false, seemingly planted by misguided people who wrongly believe that they are furthering Ms. Frankel's newly minted effort to cast herself as a victim. Mr. Hoppy continues to work hard to protect his daughter from what appears to be her mother's inability or unwillingness to put a clamp on uninvited media attention."
The lawyer offered no follow-up, but it's clear from the statement that Jason did NOT appreciate his estranged wife's choice of words.
To be fair, Frankel later admitted she's far from homeless, a sentiment she reiterated to Andy Cohen on Tuesday:
"By being on the show, I open myself up to scrutiny. I said I was the wealthiest homeless person. It was a pun. I don't actually think I'm homeless. I donate a lot of money to Dress For Success and help a lot of women who would be homeless or who were homeless every year with the money that I make from Skinnygirl."
Despite the momma's clarifying comment, it's clear the pair are still battling it out!
Hopefully these two will one day be civil!!!

Kim Richards has been going through a lot in a short amount of time, but at least she knows her family, friends, co-stars, and co-workers all have her back.
"I reached out to Kyle and the family is obviously very concerned. I don't know exactly what happened, but I'm thinking of her. I'm glad she wasn't hurt, and I hope it leads to some peaceful resolution for her and her family."
That's what we can all only hope for — especially if the reality star is looking to push back her rehab date for her daughter's second wedding!
Hopefully Kim is able to seek the help she needs.

Bethenny Frankel's legal woes are far from over.
According to a report, Bethenny's ex, Jason Hoppy, wants an increase in child support for their four-year-old daughter, Bryn.
Obviously, Frankel does NOT want to pay Hoppy another cent more than the $10,000 a month she already pays him — and loathes the idea that she's basically his sole financial support.
An insider elaborated:
"It makes Bethenny absolutely crazy that she has to give Jason a dime. But since he's been unable to find a steady job since the divorce, Jason plans on going back to court to ask for more money. Not a huge increase, but New York City is very expensive!"
We can understand the reality star's frustrations! If Bryn is being properly cared for in both houses, then we're not sure why there needs to be an increase in child support!
The source added:
According to insiders close to the reality star, it was stress that pushed Kim Richards over the edge at the Beverly Hills Hotel early Thursday morning.
And boy, did she have a lot of things going on in her life. In reality, the 50-year-old probably just needed to find comfort in a friend — unfortunately that didn't happen.
Sources close to Kim and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills production say certain things got to be too much for her.
Apparently Kyle's older sister was dealing with her ex-husband, Monty, who still lives with her and is dying of stage four cancer; her son Chad being released from UCLA Medical Center hours before her meltdown; financial stress — according to reports, Kim is supposedly not receiving any money for child support; and the stress from planning her daughter Brooke's wedding.
That's definitely a lot for just one person to handle, however, the thing that reportedly pushed her to the destructive behavior was none of the above — it was re-watching the RHOBH's three-part reunion.
What a strange twist of fate!
The 44-year-old recent divorcée hadn't been a part of the franchise for four years while she was off becoming one of the highest paid reality stars thanks to her Skinny Girl brand.
However, that all changed at the start of season seven… and it turns out that her co-stars were actually responsible for her return!
While being interviewed by Nick Lachey on his Big Morning Buzz Live talk show on VH1 on Thursday, Bethenny revealed that it was actually the cast and not Andy Cohen or the producers that urged her to get back to her celebreality roots.
We guess everyone involved with the show could tell they needed a breath of fresh air!
Ch-ch-check out an always-candid Bethenny spilling the truth (below)!!!

The 50-year-old reality star was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly going on a drunken rampage. She also reportedly kicked a police officer while getting booked.
Kim — who has publicly struggled with substance abuse — had claimed as recently as a few weeks ago she was completely sober.
If the reports are true, it's sad that she's fallen off the wagon and we wish her a speedy recovery. Kim's costar Eileen Davidson tweeted a similar sentiment:
