What will Kim Kardashian say!?

There's a rumor floating around that Kanye West's been romantically involved with Riccardo Tisci, and it looks like the designer may have confirmed their relationship years ago!

Back in 2011, Vogue Hommes International published an interview with Givenchy's creative director in their S/S issue, where he dished about his best sexual encounter.

Without revealing his name, Tisci told the mag:

"She was in the elevator, wearing sunglasses, with some guy. She was trying to hide and getting annoyed that the elevator doors kept opening."

Riccardo Tisci had a hell of a night at the Met Gala, what with dressing 13 of the female attendees, and then possibly undressing Frank Ocean.

Now that the party's over, the 38-year-old has no choice but to field questions about the wild night, especially how he's dealing with all the criticism about the Givenchy dress he outfitted Kim Kardashian in on Monday night.

Naturally, he defended his creation, saying:
