This is great news!
It seems like Sam Worthington is going to be a father VERY soon!
It's been confirmed that the Avatar actor's girlfriend Lara Bingle is totally pregnant, and the two are expecting their first child together in a matter of months!
Remember when THIS happened?!
Well, now here comes the legal aftermath!
Sam Worthington and his girlfriend Lara Bingle are being sued for a LARGE chunk of money by a paparazzi photographer named Sheng Li who accuses the two of assaulting him in New York City last February where he was taking photos of them outside of a bar establishment.
Li claims that he suffered a "torn shoulder, facial contusions, injuries to his thumb and wrist" and may need surgery from all of the pain that he endured, as well!
And he's not holding back from how much he thinks Sam and Lara should pay him — it's around the tune of TEN MILLION DOLLARS!
He's also accusing them of slander and libel for making incorrect statements about him to the NYPD!
But it's the money that is on our mind!
That's a lot of cheddar!

Now that Guardians Of The Galaxy is such a smash and Jurassic World is sharing seksi stills, Chris Pratt has officially broken through as a movie star and a bona fide leading man.
But it wasn't an easy road to get here!
More than once Chris was probably beating himself up after trying out for what seemed like a huge part- and failing.
Chris says if there was a big part in a major movie, he auditioned for it. We don't know how many that is, but here are five BIG ones that Andy Dwyer missed out on:
We already know that sexy stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana are in for all three Avatar sequels!
But someone else is going to be back, too! The always superb Sigourney Weaver! Director James Cameron says:
"Sigourney and I have a long creative history, dating back to 1985 when we made Aliens. We're good friends who've always worked well together, so it just feels right that she's coming back for the Avatar sequels."
Yeah, but hold up! We know you're friends and she's awesome, but didn't she, you know… die? James says:
Sam Worthington needs to stay away from the photographer that he allegedly attacked over the weekend!
The Avatar star stood before a judge in New York City this morning and was slapped with a restraining order that bars him from having any contact with his “victim” Sheng Li.
That means he can’t talk to him, can’t call him on the phone and he certainly can’t cold-cock him with a 1-2 Jake Scully combo!
Sam was also charged on Wednesday with two counts of third degree assault, one count of attempted assault and one count of harassment!
And if convicted, he could be headed to jail for a year!
Noooo!!! Sam's got a sequel to shoot!
He best listen to the judge and keep his distance. We want our Worthington blue and shirtless for Avatar 2 in 2016!

It sounds like another classic case of, “he said, she said.”
Or more like, “he kicked, she hit, he punched!”
Sam Worthington was hauled off to jail yesterday after assaulting a photographer in New York! The Avatar actor claimed to be protecting his girlfriend Lara Bingle from the overzealous papz.
Sam’s story is that photographer Sheng Li kicked his lady in the shins!
But Sheng Li claims it was Lara who got violent first!
The photog’s lawyer spoke on his behalf today, saying:
Do we have someone trying to steal Kanye West's side job??
Sam Worthington better watch himself or he's going to find himself with a Yeezy reputation in no time! After all, this isn't his first time getting in trouble with the law.
And now, as you see, over the weekend Sam found himself on the wrong side of the law as he was arrested for assaulting a photographer!
He allegedly punched the pap, Li Shang, in the face while in the Greenwich Village, New York area. He has been charged with assault and given a ticket to appear in court.
BUT! That isn't the most inneresting part of this tale. Because Sam didn't just punch the guy for punching sake, he was apparently protecting his lady Lara Bingle!
We hear that while they were exiting the local bar, the photographer actually KICKED
