Shia LaBeouf was caught smoking somewhere he shouldn't have been…again.

According to reports, Shia just couldn't quell his need for a cig while filming a Transformers 2 scene at the "no smoking allowed" Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.

Shia reportedly set off a smoke detector alarm when he lit up in the men's room. Sources say he endured a stern lecture, topped by a warning he’d be ejected from the museum if he lit up again.

Give up the dirty habit already!

Shia LaBeouf LaDouche is "embarrassed" by the 'slapping fight' video that's been circulating on the internets.

You know, the one where LaDouche successfully provokes a pal to give it to him by calling him a “faggot.”

Shia's rep says, “The videotape that is currently being circulated is several years old and captures Shia playing a game among friends in which he uses a derogatory word toward a friend. He regrets having used the word in any capacity and is very embarrassed that this footage is being seen by anyone.”

So young, so much to learn.

Despite the occasional slip-up, Shia LaBeouf is really a good boy!

According to reports, he the Indiana Jones star lets his nomadic, ex-drug addict dad live with him — in the garage.

We're sure Shia's garage is a lot more comfy than Daddy LaBeouf's regular digs, a teepee in Montana when the weather is nice.

Why won't Shia let daddy in the big house?

"I love him, but we have similar tastes. Living in close proximity, we get into little battles. Over the fridge, over supplies, just everyday average stuff. Toothpaste, clean towels… it becomes a little overbearing, so we keep him in the garage," says Shia.

But, looks like Daddy's totally settled in now.

"It's not winter anymore, and he's still here," says Shia. "You can't be like, 'Hey Dad, listen, it's time to go back to your tepee.' You can't make him leave."

A good rule to live by — family first!

With the temperatures soaring in Los Angeles, the Indiana Jones actor kept hydrated with some water.

Water is good! Thankfully he bought that and not some cigarettes!

George Lucas revealed that there's a VERY good chance that Indy 5 will happen.

Lucas says that he and director Steven Spielberg have left the door open for a sequel to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which is expected to open to huge numbers next week.

Lucas goes on to say, "I haven’t even told Steven or Harrison (Ford) this…But I have an idea to make Shia (LeBeouf) the lead character next time and have Harrison come back like Sean Connery did in the last movie. I can see it working out."

Score for Shia!
