Tony Parker was recently spotted in Lyon, France with his girlfriend Axelle!
They were all dressed up for the 7th Par Coeur Gala.
Of course not, it would be silly to think they could just foresee something like that happening!
Tony Parker is suing the club for $20 million and saying it should be paying for everything — because he was injured with a shard of glass to the eye in their establishment, saying they should've been privy to the "bad blood" between Chris and Drake.
Basically, he's saying they shouldn't have let them in, because they can totally predict the future.
It isn't the club's responsibility to know what's happening in their lives!
Parker also claims the club was still giving drinks to extremely intoxicated patrons, but nobody can prove that or prove that it's something that helped start the fight.
We say Parker's probably not gonna win this one.
Bummer about his eye, though!

He was even trying to sue the nightclub for $20 million!
The problem was that his eye was injured and it could've stopped him from going to the London 2012 Summer Olympics.
Thankfully, even though some flying glass scratched his cornea, some doctors have given him the okay to play for France at the Olympics.
He is now suing the NYC club, W.i.P. Nightclub, for $20 million!!
That's because he caught some glass from a broken bottle in the eye!
It scratched his cornea and might affect his NBA career and his shot at playing in the Olympics.
He's claiming that the club knew the two music men had beef, but the club just wanted their money so they kept serving their crews alcohol even though several entourage members were visibly intoxicated.
He wants $20 million because that's what he'd miss out on if he has to drop out of his NBA contract with the Spurs.
We hope you're okay, Tony!

The one where CB got his chin injured and blood on his Cadillac Autobot?
Well it turns out they're not the only famous people who suffered because of it!
NBA player Tony Parker was ALSO forced to eat Chris Brownies and CheeseDrake that night, even if he didn't mean to!
Apparently shards of glass when into his eye and caused a serious injury!
Here's what he said:
"I was there with a bunch of friends when a fight broke out. They started to throw bottles about. I got it all. The cornea has been touched. I can't do anything for seven days. But I was lucky. The injury won't prevent me from competing in the Olympics in any way."
We're glad you're still going to be able to compete!
Chris and Drake — see what happens when you act like children??

This is just cold!
Boston Red Sox pitcher John Lackey has filed for divorce from his wife, Krista, who is in the middle of a breast cancer battle!
She had a double mastectomy back in March and underwent chemotherapy treatment as recently as June, but that didn't stop John from filing divorce papers in Texas on August 30th.
Documents reveal he is claiming "the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."
The maneuver did not fool the fearless media who even asked him about it after Sunday night's game against the New York Yankees. Despite snagging a win after a good performance on the field, he snapped at the press, saying:
"Let me tell you the truth. Thirty minutes before the game I got a text message on my cell phone from one of you, somebody in the media, talking about personal stuff. I shouldn't even have to be standing up here dealing with it. I'm sitting here, listening to music. I don't know who got my phone number, but that's over the line."
We don't know what's really going on behind that the scenes in this guy's marriage, so we can't condemn him for his decision. However, filing for divorce from your partner while they are battling a life threatening illness is AWFUL timing.
Our hearts go out to Krista and wish her the best as she continues her fight against cancer. We hope John remains supportive, despite his decision to end their marriage.
