And it's not just the dress! It's everything.

The makeup! The hair! She looks bad from head to toe!

David, on the other hand, can he ever look bad??? No.

They end up at Loehmann's!

Victoria Beckham's jeans haven't been selling as well as desired.

The "designer" denim retails for $290 at boutiques such as Kitson in Los Angeles.

Now, all those jeans that haven't sold (and there's lots of them) have ended up at discount retailers, such as this Loehmann's in Reseda, California, where those some denim pants are going for $69.99.

The UK media reports that Victoria Beckham is in talks to be the next celebrity Pussycat Doll.

And it may actually be true!

Pussycat Dolls spokeswhore Alisa Boushey says, "Victoria's been in talks with the Dolls for some time and will be joining them onstage. She would have done it sooner, but it's a question of her busy schedule. But it will be happening very soon."

Previous celeb Dolls include Christina Aguilera, Charlize Theron, Eva Longoria, Pam Anderson and Paris Hilton.

Victoria Beckham held a star-studded bash for her 38th birthday at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica on Sunday.

And, noticeably PRESENT at the party were Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

Recent headlines had drawn attention to the fact that TomKat had not been seen out in public with Posh & Becks in month, leading to much speculation as to a rift in the friendship of the formerly inseparable couples.

Aside from TomKat, Will Smith and Jada Plinko Smith were also there to wish Vicky B. a happy bday. Amongst the other revelers were: Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Posh's new BFF Kate Becksinsale, old BFFs Elton John and Eva Longoria, and Diddy, who just loves a good party.

Vicky B celebrated her 39th birthday on Thursday.

The Posh gal took the fam for a meal at Pink Taco, which must be a favorite of theirs. The clan also celebrated Brooklyn Beckham's bday there too.

Victoria Beckham was out with her new bestie, Kate Beckinsale, last night.

Posh & Becks met up with the British actress, her husband and their mutual pal Eva Longoria for dinner at the Desperate Housewives star's new restaurant, Beso, on Wednesday night.

The outing was a pre-birthday celebration for Victoria, so TomKat's absence was especially noted!

Posh turns 39 today.

All is not well in the Victoria Beckham empire!

The former Spice Girl's dVb denim line has been dropped by severeal top boutiques in America.

Why???

The pricey jeans haven't been selling!

Plus, Victoria has failed to actively promote her line, which would help sales.

Explaining his decision to dump Victoria's denim line, Kitson owner Fraser Ross says, "We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear but she didn't. Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell."

And Posh wasn't selling.
