Good news everyone!

The American Cancer Society has reported that the death rate from cancer has dropped dramatically in the last two decades.

American cancer rates had risen dramatically since the year 1900, peaking in 1991 at 215.1 deaths per 100,000 in the population.

But just made available was the 2009 death rate which came in at 173.1 per 100,000. That's a 20% decline in cancer death rates!!!

It must have been a very Merry Christmas at the Lohan household in Long Island this year, as Lindsay Lohan has officially paid off her 2009 taxes…

With a little ton of help from her Scary Movie 5 costar, the notorious Charlie Sheen!

Lilo apparently owed $93,701 to the IRS for 2009, thus she was able to use most of the $100,000 gift from Mr. Tiger Blood to completely cover the amount.

AND girl has reportedly put the remaining $6,300 towards what she owes for her 2010 taxes — a whopping $140,203!

Celebrity or not, everyone still has to pay their taxes!!

Unfortunately, life happens and sometimes people forget… but looks like Lindsay Lohan (or her accountant) forgot TWO years in a row!!

We already knew about her 2009 mess with Uncle Sam. She owes $93,701.57 for that year!!

But now a lien has been issued for 2010 too!! For that beautiful year, she owes a whopping $140,203.30!!!

Oh no, LiLo!! Oh No!!!

Sigh.. well we all know she wasn't going through the best of times then. Maybe now since she's turning a new page, she can get her shiz together and make sure her accountants do their job!!!

Such a sweet, well-spoken, intelligent sounding woman. You really have a problem with her, Michele?
