Miley Food Allergy

Miley Cyrus wants it to be known that she is NOT anorexic.

So, why do many people think she is?? Apparently she has food allergies!

And, if you know anything about food allergies, not only can they wreak havoc on your system and cause you to lose weight, but they can also be pretty dangerous!

Here what the starlet said:

“For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!”

As long as you're healthy and happy, we don't care if you're thin or big!

The key word there is healthy, for sure. So if Miley says she's healthy but has just had to change her diet ways because of allergies — well then maybe some people should back off!

Hope all the changes are helping, Miley!
