On Sunday, a Canadian man performed quite the stunt after he attached about 110 helium-filled balloons to a lawn chair — and no, he wasn't trying to recreate a scene from Pixar's Up!
In attempt draw attention to his company, Daniel Boria reportedly purchased a $10 green plastic lawn chair at his local Walmart and decided to soar over the city of Calgary, Alberta in an epic publicity stunt.
The trained skydiver planned to parachute from his lawn chair into the Calgary Stampede, an annual rodeo event — but the weather wasn't as cooperative as he planned!
Boria landed about a mile away from his target in an industrial field. Though he was uninjured, he was detained by police and charged with a count of mischief to property and causing danger to life!
