After months of nearly no activity, Ariel Winter's mother is back in the courtroom!

Crystal Workman lost custody of the young Modern Family starlet late last year after the judge appointed guardianship to her older sister Shanelle Gray. But now that the custody part of the trial is over, they have to figure out who's getting paid!

Steve Nash is in a nasty legal battle right now, as he's trying to stop his wife and kids moving any closer to him from Arizona. His ex thinks he's just trying to duck child support.

Seems like an awful thing to do, right? Well, he claims he might be traded, so he doesn't want to keep uprooting them!

That's why they're in court, so this argument can get settled!

This has led to some speculation that he might be thinking about retiring — he IS 39, after all! But guess what! He swore under penalty of perjury that he has NO INTENTION of retiring from basketball any time soon!

It wouldn't be the first time someone lied under oath, though, but we're willing to bet it's true! We just wish he wanted to be much closer to his kids, instead of just thinking the same coast will have to do! Ha!

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller is doing EVERYTHING in her power to make sure she gets her kids back! Or at least her child support payments!

The troubled mommy recently lost custody of her twin boys Max and Bob to Denise Richards while she began her 20th rehab stint, and now she's worried that she'll also lose her $55,000 monthly child support payments, which are currently her only source of income!

So Brooke is planning on having her mother Moira Fiore move into her Tarzana home to help out with the kiddies once she leaves the Betty Ford Center!

This Steve Nash business is Nashty business! LOLz!

We told you guys a few months ago that Steve Nash did not want, nor thought he should have to, pay child support in addition to the things he was already required to cover (like a huge percentage of medical bills and schooling tuition) because not only was he paying for that stuff, his ex makes around $30k A MONTH and their divorce earned her millions from him!

Now, she's STILL trying to move to El Lay, and Steve is doing his best to ban her from ever doing that!
