Wow! Dr. Paul Nassif is stopping at NOTHING to get back in that mansion!

He recently requested temporary custody of his three sons, and to have his estranged wife booted from the house.

You might know her — Adrienne Maloof. Anyway, the judge told him to shove it, and that there was no evidence that the kids were in harm's way under her care.

The main argument of Paul's is that the kids have seen Adrienne physically and emotionally abusing him.

Divorces are NEVER great for kids, but you guys don't have to use them as objects just to get your way!

Just split and get this over with… for them!!

Way, way too soon.

In not-so-shocking news, Bobbi Kristina has walked off Tyler Perry's TBS comedy television show For Better Or For Worse.

The still grieving daughter felt she could not handle her responsibilities and was still VERY upset over the passing of her mother Whitney Houston.

Bobbi had been making $30,000 per episode, but apparently she has been receiving money from her late mother's estate, so money was not a factor in her decision.

Here's what one source said:

“She thought she was ready for this, but she wasn’t, Bobbi Kristina had a private breakdown and barely anyone saw it. She was crying and said she needed a minute, she needed a break to get herself together. But then she decided she couldn’t handle doing the show right now. She’s still mourning her mom.”

We don't blame her. She's so young and to lose the closest person to her at such an early age in life - this is to be expected.

Tyler Perry is concerned about the girl, but now he has to do major rewrites on the show explaining Bobbi's character sudden exit, so most of his time is dealing with that.

With the pops concealed behind stage, the teachers asked his daughter to spell the word sergeant.
