Oh man!

A-Rod, of the Yankees, was hit by a pitch in the eighth inning of a game against the Seattle Mariners.

The pitch was an 88 mph change up!

It hurt so bad that he dropped to the ground in pain.

Mark Salling has injured himself, but wants everyone to know that's okay!

Apparently he was playing basketball and fractured his pelvis! Bummer!

"so apparently ive fractured my pelvis. one of the pitfalls of being a basketball weekend warrior. and guess what i can do about it? NOTHING!

its not that bad, i can still walk and even run but sitting and getting up is excruciating. can i get some crylenol? or maybe some sadvil?

As if his gigantic stature, ripped muscles, and portrayal of Wolverine in the X-Men films weren't enough to make you NOT ever want to mess with Hugh Jackman, check this out!

While guest hosting WWE Monday Night Raw, the Real Steel star may have accidentally broken a wrestler's jaw!

With what? A steel chair? A table? Nope! His frickin' fist!

During a match between wrestlers Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler, Jackman delivered a planned punch to Ziggler's face behind the referee's back. Although staged, we don't think he meant to hit the guy as hard as he did.

The injured wrestler tweeted to his fans:

"land in Bikini Bottom 9:30 am, MRI scheduled for 1 pm…..possible fractured jaw #thanksBatman … hairline mandibular fracture. Guess i'll put my chipotle in a blender for a few weeks, its not ballet #HEEL > heal … getting a special mouth guard tomorrow, so I will NOT miss any WWE live events!!! #HEEL."

Sources point out this could be the WWE's attempt to play up a moment for publicity, but watch the match above and you can actually HEAR the fist connect with Dolph Ziggler's face. Ouchie!

Ouchies!

While on tour to promote her latest album, Falling Out Of Love, Aretha Franklin made an unscheduled pit stop at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis to x-ray her toe injured in an accident on Friday.

The Queen of Soul tripped over her Jimmy Choo spiked heels in her hotel suite and felt a sharp pain in her left index toe.

She says it "hurt like heck for a minute, but seemed to subside." However, x-rays a few days later revealed a fracture in the toe!

We're so sorry to hear that, but it sounds like things could have been worse for the music legend who said, "I'm so grateful it wasn't my right piano [pedal] foot."

She still has other problems on her mind though. As she was gearing up for a performance in Virginia on Tuesday night, she joked:

"How am I supposed to match my new Marc Jacobs gown with this wooden blue hospital shoe?"

We're glad that's ALL she's worrying about, especially after her mysterious health scare last year, which required serious surgery!

Good luck at the show, Aretha! We're sure you'll find some way to stylishly rock that wooden blue hospital shoe!

Aww! We're so sorry to hear this!

Adorable Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky is on crutches after fracturing her femur while kickboxing last week!

Ouch!

She suffered the injury just weeks after returning from a romantic one-year anniversary getaway trip with her fiancé Roberto Martinez, but at least it didn't happen ON the trip!

When the accident occured, she first thought she'd torn the ACL in her knee, but an MRI later revealed a fracture as a result of a osteochondral defect in the cartilage in her leg.

This is the SECOND time she's been seriously injured while working out too! In April she received a head injury that required staples after her kayak overturned in San Diego waters.

Wow! This chick is hardcore! Ha!
