And apparently it kept Charlize Theron from having her hair properly styled for the Human Rights Campaign gala this weekend.

When Charlize waltzed on stage to accept the Ally for Equality award for her dedication to the LGBT community it was pretty obvious that ponytail hanging over her shoulder was fake.
