Did Amanda Bynes learn nothing from the feel-good, tolerance promoting musical Hairspray?!

Because the retired actress' latest odd, cryptic tweets COULD be a rather harsh response to her Hairspray costar Nikki Blonsky's attempt at Twitter communication!

Nikki tweeted at the former comedian:

Cute, right?!

Well, who knows if the recently transformed Amanda personally responded, but directly after Nikki's shout out, Mz. Bynes posted some heated tweets!

John Waters wants you to know that he did indeed write an entire sequel to Hairspray, and to prove it he's dishing with a synopsis!

We have never seen someone put so much effort into not wanting something to get made — so if you DON'T want the sequel to your 1988/2007 movie/musical to ever get made, this is the plot you write for it. It's a fool-proof plan! LOLz!

Seriously, the term "jumping the shark" was coined for both shows that literally jump sharks and for sequels with SINGING ZITS.

And, don't get us wrong, we love Mr. Waters, but we have no idea if he's punkin' us on this one!

John Travolta's former pilot and alleged gay ex-lover, Doug Gotterba, filed a lawsuit after allegedly being threatened by the actor's camp upon revealing the intimate details of their 'steamy' seXXXcapades during the later stages of the Cold War!!

When the pilot revealed he was pressured into making a sex tape several months ago, the actor's attorney reportedly tried to silence him with a threatening letter claiming Doug signed a confidentiality agreement at the time of his termination in 1987.

Doug, however, swears he's under no obligation to stay hushed! He admits to signing papers, but he says confidentiality was not mentioned.
