The name of the man who was beaten to death in Central Texas after a father allegedly caught him molesting his 5-year-old daughter has been released.

Jesus Mora Flores, 47, was an associate of the father and helped care for some of the father's horses.

Apparently the 23-year-old father, whose identity is unknown, was working on a horse and prepare a barbecue when someone alerted him his daughter had been carried off to a secluded area.

A Texas father killed a man with several punches, after catching him sexually assaulting his 4-year-old baby girl.

When asked whether they would press charges against the father, the town sheriff responded:

"You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him."

This is a TOUGH situation!

He DID commit murder — but according to the authorities, the unidentified father is extremely remorseful and didn't intend on killing the man.

Octo-Mom was quick to speak out about her most recent troubles.

After it was revealed by her hair stylist that she and her 14 kids were living in a dirty home with only one working toilet, Nadya Suleman hit up Good Morning America to tell her side of the story.

She claims:

"I think maybe me and my kids were set up.

She [the hairdresser] thought it was unacceptable that they’re, you know, half-naked, goin’ potty. I mean, moms out there, come on."
