A lot of people will look at this pic of Rob Kardashian (above) and talk about how it looks like he hasn't made much headway on his fitness journey. To that, we say this: the picture is literally of him working on it, so what more could you want?!

Whether or not he's made significant strides is beyond the fact that he's making strides at all! He's doing something about it, which is hugely commendable in and of itself!

It's HARD to lose weight, it's never just a simple physical solution!

And here he's been spotted on his quest to drop the extra pounds during an intense hike in Culver City… so we say we're proud of him for even making the effort!

We gave you guys an update back when Lisa Lampanelli lost about 80 pounds a few months ago — and we're happy to report she's now lost over 100!!

She went from 248 to 142! That's IMPRESSIVE!

Having tried everything else, she opted for weight-loss surgery. Now, she's feeling like the person she was meant to be:

Jennifer Hudson lost 80 pounds on weight watchers, and it took WORK!

Just because she met her goal, though, doesn't mean she's abandoning the program. In fact, she's going to continue on her journey!

It isn't all about diet for Jennifer, though! One of her tricks to staying healthy is to keep moving — like walking everywhere, and taking the stairs, and shopping… all the good stuff you don't need a car for anyway! Plus, she DOES indulge once in a while, as depriving yourself is the best way for a craving to eventually win!

Her indulgence? Chocolate chip cookies!!

It's a lifestyle change, and it's helped her in other areas of her life! So fab!

Is there anything that Gabby Douglas can't do??

We think not!

Gabby is about to unleash a memoir on our beautiful asses — one that promises to be chock full of inspiration!

Here's what she said about it:

"Even before I competed in the Olympics, I always wanted to write a book. [It] will also be about how much my family and I have overcome during our journey. It hasn't been easy."

So young, but sooooo wise!

They're hoping to get it out in December, which doesn't give her a lot of time… but like we said, she can do anything!

We can't wait to read it!

Christina Applegate had her own battle with breast cancer, and it's so wonderful that she has reached out to Giuliana Rancic and has offered to be there for her during her own fight during treatment!

"I'm here for her. I know that journey so well, how that feels [to get] that phone call. I get what's she's going through."

So wonderful! As we said earlier, Giuliana has a lot of support behind her. We're sure all this positivity will help out!
