Jerry Sandusky's lawyers are arguing that he deserves a new trial because they didn't have enough time to prepare for the first one.

His attorneys are saying that they were inundated with almost 12,000 pages of documents and that hearsay evidence was improperly allowed at the trial.

Joe Rogers, the CEO of Waffle House, said that a former employee who he had consensual sex with is trying to blackmail him.

The former female employee said Rogers demanded she do sexual things with him or else she'd lose her job. She claimed he even tried to force sex on her despite her repeated protests.

The woman is his former housekeeper and he claims she's lying, saying:

It seems like the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal is never going to come to an end.

Apparently, three men have stepped forward and claimed that they were abused by Sandusky in the 1970s and 1980s.

As we previously mentioned, Jerry Sandusky's lawyer had argued that he needed the trial to be postponed so he could "effectively and adequately" represent his client.

Karma's a bitch!

John Edwards, who famously cheated on his dying wife, apparently has a life-threatening heart condition…or is trying to prolong the time until he has to go to trial for all those campaign finance violations!

The former senator is charged with conspiracy, issuing false statements and violating campaign contribution laws, but asked the judge last month to delay his criminal trial because of the medical condition.

This guy doesn't exactly have a history of being honest, so who knows what he's got up his sleeve, but his cardiologist says he is scheduled for surgery next month.

At a hearing on Friday, Judge Catherine Eagles delayed his criminal trial until March 26 where he still intends to plead not guilty.

We hope John's surgery goes well and feels better real soon because we can't wait to see him be brought to justice.
