Justin Bieber & Usher Are Still Battling A $10 Million Lawsuit Over Somebody To Love — A New Panel Of Judges Ruled This!

no title

History repeats itself… and by "history," we mean formulaic pop music!

It looks like Justin Bieber and Usher could need to give Robin Thicke's lawyers a call — because the duo might be in a Blurred Lines style legal battle!

On Thursday, Bieber and his mentor were reunited over a $10 million copyright infringement lawsuit over their 2010 song Somebody to Love!

The lawsuit was filed in 2013 by artist Devin Copeland (who performs by the name De Rico) and songwriter Mareio Oberton, who claimed they wrote the track back in 2008. Allegedly, Usher heard Copeland's music and showed interest in working with him, but then lifted the song with Bieber afterwards, resulting in a new track.

Kesha Drags Sony Music Into Her Lawsuit Against Dr. Luke! Claims They 'Forced An Abusive Relationship' Between Her And The Producer!

Kesha added a new twist in her lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke.

The pop star has followed up on her allegations that the producer drugged and assaulted her with an amended complaint that calls out Sony Music Entertainment for putting up with the Dr's behavior!

In a new report, the Blow singer claims Sony is desperate for new talent due to dismal sales and has made a $60 million investment in Dr. Luke because of his knack for developing pop sensations!

But the songstress claims that working with the iconic producer came with a serious cost, and allegedly Sony knows all about it! The amended complaint reads:

"Dr. Luke's proclivity for abusive conduct was open and obvious to [Sony Music Entertainment] executives, who either knew of the conduct and turned a blind eye, failed to investigate Dr. Luke's conduct, failed to take any corrective action, or actively concealed Dr. Luke's abuse…Based on SME's conduct, SME has forced an abusive relationship between Dr. Luke and Ms. Sebert to this day."

While Sony had no comment on the litigation, Dr. Luke's attorney Christine Lepera doesn't think the pop star's claims will hold up in court.

"This seems like a desperate effort. It's conclusions without facts, and there's nothing new. They are trying to embroil Sony and it won't work."

Wow! This lawsuit is really getting intense!

We just hope justice will be served to whatever party is really at fault!

Everyone loves Fridays, but we have a feeling Lil Twist isn't feeling this Friday in particular.

Why? Well, because the 22-year-old is set to be arraigned later this afternoon for allegedly beating up Chris Massey with his friends.

In the lawsuit Chris has filed against Justin Bieber's bud, the 25-year-old is claiming Lil Twist and four of his friends forced their way into his brother Kyle's apartment last November and began to beat Chris up.

The former Zoey 101 star is also claiming his alleged attackers used brass knuckles and a screwdriver on him.

Chris reportedly suffered cuts and bruises after the attack. He also needed stitches over his eye — and to make matters worse, he writes in his lawsuit that Lil Twist and his buddies stole his Rolex.

JB's friend has already been charged with six felonies for the whole incident. If found guilty, Lil Twist could go to jail for a long time.

Things just do not get better for Suge Knight.

Not only is the 50-year-old facing murder as well as attempted murder charges, he's also being sued by Terry Carter's family for running him over that fateful night.

But Suge isn't the only one named in the wrongful death lawsuit. Dr. Dre and Ice Cube have also been called out in the case.

Terry's wife and children filed the lawsuit and are claiming both producers of Straight Outta Compton hired known gang members to protect the set and shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods.

The case is also claiming some of the gang members started the drama and threatened the rapper, which lead to his decision to drive through the parking lot recklessly and eventually running over Carter.

Carter's family is also suing the location where it happened. They're claiming Tam's Burgers often experience violent crimes in their parking lot so they should've had security to prevent things from happening.

Sad.

Terry's family is seeking unspecified damages in their lawsuit.

On Friday, Superior Court Judge Lawrence Cho ruled that the 39-year-old can file an amended lawsuit seeking custody of the frozen embryos.

According to reports, the Modern Family star's attorney Fred Silberberg valiantly fought against the litigation, arguing in court that Loeb filed the amended lawsuit for attention!

But Loeb's attorney Christina Goodrich says that Nick sees the two embryos as his children, insisting:

"He does believe that they are his daughters."

We're not sure what's to come of this amended lawsuit, but we hope the two ex's can sort this out!
