Justin Baldoni is so glad his dispute with Blake Lively is over!
As you know, the former It Ends With Us co-stars reached a settlement on Monday — just two weeks before they were supposed to head to trial. The resolution to the nasty legal war likely came as a relief to Justin. But not only that, his attorney, Bryan Freedman, revealed to Extra that he and producer Jamie Heath are just “ecstatic” over how things played out:
“I can’t talk about the terms of the settlement, but what I can tell you is that he is ecstatic, that both Jamie and Justin are ecstatic at the results of this and the settlement itself. They are very pleased with where this ended up.”

Blake reportedly got no money out of the ordeal. She also didn’t receive a public apology from Justin. So yeah, we can see why the pair are so pleased with how everything turned out! Freedman went on to stress, however, that Justin was not personally a part of the lawsuit battle by the time the settlement talks started:
“This is not his settlement. He’s already out of the case by the time this settlement discussion even starts. Justin Baldoni is not a party, and that’s what gets forgotten a lot. If you’re looking at this settlement as a win or a loss or anything else, I think he just looks at it as a logical ending to a case that he was already out of.”
