Kylie Jenner has been hit with another lawsuit!
Over a week after getting sued for discrimination by her former housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez, another one is now taking legal action after her alleged awful experience under the reality star’s employment! According to court documents obtained by The Los Angeles Times, Juana Delgado Soto sued Kylie, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services for alleged racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination, and more.

Juana said she started working for Kylie in 2019, but things worsened once Sibrian became her supervisor in 2023. She filed a report to human resources a year later, claiming Sibrian was mocking and humiliating her for her accent, immigration status, and race. He also allegedly called her stupid.
Although Sibrian was removed due to the complaint, it didn’t last long. He was reinstated later, and he allegedly retaliated against Juana by reducing her hourly wage, assigning unreasonable workloads, and changing her schedule. He allegedly went as far as to deny her enough time off to grieve her brother’s death. By April 2025, Juana wrote a letter to Kylie about the alleged mistreatment she experienced, which said:
“I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused. I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
She claimed she placed the note on the makeup mogul’s massage bed before her scheduled appointment. However, one day later, Juana was allegedly threatened with termination:
“Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear.’”
Yikes…
She further claimed she had restricted bathroom access, couldn’t drink water in the home as it was “Kylie’s water,” and was forced to clean her doghouse. And Juana quit in August 2025, texting her supervisors:
“I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”
This is not a good look for Kylie…
