That's right, Katy Perry! Don't let anyone mess with your hair you!

After British hair company GHD slapped KittyKat with a lawsuit claiming they had to drop her because she just wasn't that popular anymore, Katy and her people are going after Jemella Group with a countersuit that claims they still owe her millions of dollars since they continue to use her image on their website AND still label her as their "brand ambassador."

Her lawyers even got a bit nasty with writing this in their legal papers against the hair company:

Hair today, gone tomorrow!

Katy Perry is being sued by British hair company GHD for apparently not being popular enough in Europe!

For the past two years she's been the face and hair of the brand's products, but when her agent claimed that the company still owed her $2 million from an oral agreement, that's when Katy went from having a good hair day to a bad one.

The Jemella Group, owners of GHD, fought back saying no such agreement was made and the reason why they dropped her from the campaign was because

They may not be unionized, but they are very serious about overtime!

Just last week a dozen Fashion Police writers filed a claim against E! for not paying them overtime, and now they want Joan Rivers to pay up too!

In their latest complaint, the scribes claim the show's hostess with the mostess' production company, Rugby Productions, screwed them out of an additional $400,000.

Ouch.

The next step will be for the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement to hold hearing to see if either E! or Rugby Productions owes the writers any of the $1.5 million in back wages they claim they're owed.

Fashion Police may be one of E!'s top rated shows, but it certainly doesn't come across that way in their writers' paychecks!

On Wednesday, the writers filed a claim with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, accusing their employer of violating state laws by not paying them overtime.

One writer said:

"The most I’ve been paid for a show has been for eight hours of work. In reality, I put in anywhere from 12 to 32 additional hours on each show – time I should have been compensated for. On top of that is all the unpaid overtime we regularly work. There are some shows where we are required to work 16-hour days, from 2:30 p.m. until around 5:30 the following morning."

Yoko Ono is being sued by an up-and-coming designer for copying her designs and calling them her own!

In the lawsuit filed in Brooklyn federal court, Haleh Nematzadeh accuses John Lennon's widow of blatantly stealing her ideas and selling them in the form of her cray cray clothing line she designed for Opening Ceremony.

The 36 year old says the thievery went down

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s not to f*ck with Naomi Campbell.

The Telegraph had to learn this the hard way, unfortunately.

After suing the publication for libel over claims she had an elephant polo match at her boyfriend’s birthday party, the supermodel has won the legal war!

The paper agreed to pay her legal fees, damages and apologized to Naomi.

Like the goddess she is, the apology was welcomed, stating:

"There were never plans to hold an elephant polo tournament, so the allegations should not have been published. However, I am glad that the matter has been resolved and I accept the newspaper's apology."

We're glad this was all sorted out and Naomi got what she wanted.

UPDATE: Sources tell us Lindsay is NOT suing 6126 Collection or Kristi Kaylor - they're both suing the licensee D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries for breach of contract, fraud and trademark infringement aka the 6126 name.

Lindsay Lohan just loooooOOOoooves going to court, doesn't she?

In a new case where she's actually the plaintiff rather than the defendant, LiLo is suing the 6126 Collection, the company she "designed" expensive leggings for, over claims that she owns the "6126" trademark.

The numbers stand for 06-01-1926, the day Marilyn Monroe was born, which Lindsay has always said she felt a close connection to.

She launched the collection back in 2008 with her business partner Kristi Kaylor, but due to Lindsay's busy filming schedule it's been inactive since 2010.

One of Lohan's lawyers is expected to officially file the $1.1 million lawsuit in a federal court today.

Oh goody, another court case for Lindsay. It must be Thursday.
