So Lindsay Lohan's totally competent lawyer Mark Heller might have made a MAJOR booboo during Monday's court hearing that could actually land the troubled starlet in jail instead of the previously agreed upon "locked" rehab facillity…

Because as it turns out, recent research shows "locked" treatment centers DO NOT EXIST in New York, and NY is the state where Lindsay has chosen to serve her 90 days of confinement.

The prosecution apparently only accepted the last minute plea deal in the first place because they made the mistake of assuming that Mark Heller knew what he was talking about (HA).

But no worries, cause Lindsay's deal doesn't actually stipulate that she must serve her 90 days in locked REHAB, it just states she must be kept in CUSTODY for 90 days…

So if Lindsay's team can't find a sufficient "locked" rehab center, then it's reportedly straight off to jail for that ass!

Celebrity Apprentice Bret Michaels wanted to wish the lovely Eva Longoria a happy birthday, and decided to do so via Twitter by posting a message that was accompanied by a pic of him and Eva together…

Except the woman in the picture is NOT Eva Longoria. It's KIM KARDASHIAN!!

Unfortunatly, the original tweet has since been deleted, but no matter, cause we have picture PROOF!

First, peruse some pics of Eva and Kim and decide for yourself whether or not this was an honest mistake.

THEN take a gander at the image of Kimmy that Bret thought was the Desperate Housewives star …AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Now boys, just because YOU love to stab inky needles into your flesh doesn't mean you should encourage your VERY impressionable fans to do the same!

One Direction ALMOST incited a mass tween-tattoo movement recently when they (or someone representing them) tweeted at fans to send in pictures of their own One Direction tattoos…

And if the cheeky quintet liked the tat, they would have put it in their upcoming 3D movie!

Edward Furlong, who played a young John Connor in Terminator 2, has plead not guilty to a battery charge from him allegedly attacking his girlfriend… again. Yuck!

That's right, this is just the most RECENT case of him doing this, as he's been accused three times in three months.

Disgusting!

He was arrested by cops on Sunday for the crime, and entered the plea of NOT GUILTY in court today. He's still in jail until he's bailed out with $30,000.

A pretrial is set for Jan. 25th, which means he won't have to wait Furlong until he's back in court.

This doesn't look good, Edward. Anyone who was holding out on those other two times being a mistake should probably not hold their breath anymore. Domestic violence (or any kind for that matter) is abysmal.

Either way, we’re pretty sure the lovely lady can afford her bill just fine.

It’s not like she’s facing a Pamela Anderson situation!
