What is going on in Hollywood?! It seems like literally everyone and their moms is in court this week?!!

This time around Sharon Stone is being sued by her children’s former nanny, Erlene Elemen for some pretty SCANDALOUS shiz!

The scorned nanny is suing for harassment, retaliation, and alleges the Basic Instinct actress made offensive comments about her Filipino heritage and her accent, even asking the nanny not to speak to her kids so they wouldn’t “talk like you!!!”

Elemen also claims she'd work seven days a week with no overtime, wasn't allowed to keep a bible in the house, AND was told by Stone that Filipinos are "STUPID." WTF?!! WE HOPE this isn't true!!!

The pinoy nanny claims she was fired from her $1,000 a week job by EMAIL back in February, and was never given a reason for the firing - not that Sharon had to- because California is an “at will employment” state.

The suit seeks unspecified damages, and we're sure Sharon wants to make it go away ASAP!!!

This is all so cray, we can't help but ask who do U believe?!!

A friend says that Blue "has the best of care," which is obviously no surprise to us. But six nannies is a little extreme, dontcha think??

And the little one is also being pampered with ridiculous gifts that a single newborn should never, ever receive.

The friend reveals that Jay-Z bought her diamond earrings and a platinum bracelet and even purchased a $600,000 gold rocking horse.
