Another day, another assault charge for Azealia Banks!
On Wednesday, the rapper was arrested outside NYC club Up&Down for allegedly attacking a female security guard by punching her and "biting her in the boob."
According to sources, the 24-year-old attended the venue for a private party, but got into a dispute with a bouncer and was subsequently kicked out around 12:30 a.m.
Insiders say the NY-native tried to get into the party without a stamp, which showed one was an invited guest. When she was told she needed to go back to the entrance for said stamp, she began a fight with the club's staff.
Onlookers said Banks was "screaming at the top of her lungs, cursing" adding:
"Once she was 15 feet inside she starts to curse at the guards again, explaining who she was, that she's on Rihanna's album."
The 212 artist was taken to a nearby jail, charged with third-degree assault, and was released late at night.
This isn't the first time the controversial musician has gotten into legal trouble. As we reported in November, she allegedly attacked a different security guard in Los Angeles.
We just hope justice is brought down on anyone that breaks the law!
