When I began pursing my fitness goals I knew there were certain exercise and nutritional adjustments I needed to make. I was able to be successful because I made habits out of these new adjustments. To this day with any endeavor I have I still follow this protocol.
Making new habits isn’t easy, but once you practice it and get accustomed to a new idea, overtime it tends to stick with you and become second nature. No matter what your goal is, starting with one new habit at a time will pave the way to your success. So, whenever starting out, I always recommend picking up a habit and adapting to it for 3-4 weeks or until it’s ingrained in your mind. At which point, you can then begin thinking about adding on another new habit.
When it comes to fat loss, there are endless types of habits you can make. I will gladly share some outstanding habits that I have used to lose fat and that you can try implementing:

This seems like something out of a comic book, but this is for real!
Kim Suozzi is a 23-year-old woman who has an aggressive brain cancer called Glioblastoma multiforme.
She was very interested in science fiction and the brain and even was considering cryopreservation even before her cancer diagnosis!
The hope is that once preserved, after years and years go by and future doctors and scientists discover a cure for cancer and learn how to reanimate frozen people, she'd be brought back!

Google has been voted the best place to work for like every year since they've been open.
Google's New York office is rumored to have one of the best cafeterias, with almost too many options.
The food is free and available to employees 24/7.
Sounds like a magical place of wonder!
Though free, delicious food is a double edged sword: some employees complained about gaining weight.

WAIT!
Before we even say anything, we're going to guess. Okay, here we go. Ummmmm. Okay! You guys stopped eating a bunch of the unhealthy food you peddled to your viewers, the same food that gave Paula diabetes. Practiced moderation, maybe?
Let's see if we're right!
Paula has lost 40 pounds after the announcement that she had Type 2 diabetes last year (but actually had it for years). That's a pretty big feat to lose all that weight, regardless if you're making tons of bank off of lying to your viewers. Her family, all together, lost 178 pounds! DAMNZ!
Her husband Michael Groover shed 60 lbs., her oldest son Jamie got rid of an excess 45 lbs., and her youngest son Bobby lost 33-lb.
So their solution?
